IMO Punk could've done much better, he knew Rock was going to be gassed, but he just looked like he was half assing it in the middle. He should really watch some Bret Hart matches against big guys. Bret was the master of getting the most out of guys with low cardio.

WWE truly took the path of least resistance in putting the pieces together for the inevitable Rock/Cena 2 match. There was no unpredictability. There was excitement, but that went down the drain the moment Cena won b/c it was obvious how the main event would finish. A Cena win and Rock win seemed like too-obvious a way to get a WM29 rematch, but it is what it is.

Even if I dread the scenario of Cena having a long ass reign again, I can still tolerate it way more than full year of torture most wrestling fans experienced during Punk's irrelevant reign.

If we're going to get 3 years of Cena at the helm, if he's WWE's only other option other Punk, then so fcking be it!. As long as Punk never gets to touch the WWE championship again for the rest of his life.
