Damn right it was in spite of a couple of iffy edits they always have on Smackdown. My goodness is that show overproduced with quick cuts and fake crowd noise. Still, I can feel the weight of how important this match is to these two characters. I'm already on the edge of my seat waiting to see how it's going down.

Rock doesn't need to do anything to earn anybody's respect. If a few kids in the locker room can't respect the fact that a guy comes back to give them the biggest paychecks of their life for 3 years now, then they don't deserve Rock's recognition anyway. He's going over at Royal Rumble because it's the right thing to do and I'm sure that Punk respects the fact that Rock is the reason he held the title for 400 days. Besides geeks like Ziggler, any current performer thanked Rock for giving them the extra exposure, the privilege to perform in sold out arenas and the bigger paychecks. Orton, Miz, Rhodes, Sheamus, Kofi etc.

One thing I hated about the SD promo is how they edited the "candyass" which sounded horrible. The reaction for Rock was huge but they still put their SD noise, ridiculous production.
