Great Punk promo pre-Shield calling them out, and then telling them to stay out of his match. After that though he really did pretty much repeat what he said on Monday Night after The Shield beatdown Rock.
And loved Rock's promo probably the best of all his on Punk so far. Really sets the atmosphere and match up well. Makes you wonder what will cause Punk to panic and what will be his mistake that leads to Rock becoming champion? And the part about Rock hoisting Punk up in the air for the Rock Bottom and Punk thinking at that moment "It's over." was epic. I've never been the biggest fan of "serious" Rock on the mic, but he was awesome on Smackdown.
And then Punk and Rock's interaction after, which I can only assume won't make it on TV, was epic as well. Made Punk look strong by getting the better of Rock for the most part, but Rock ends up on top with a Rock Bottom.
Punk/Rock has been amazing. Even their weakest night was great. It's a shame that after The Royal Rumble, they'll be going their separate ways. Actually, since Rock will be defending his title at EC, we may be able to get a little more of Punk/Rock, but unfortunately once that's over, it's back to Rock/Cena. <_<
