Re: THATS THE PUNK I WANT TO SEE!
My thoughts exactly. Itīs been close to painful watching the coward-version of Punk. Finally they portrayed a fighting, tough-guy side of him, and it has instantly added to the feud, as well as Punk as a whole.
I just hope it continues!

But the past couple of weeks hes been different, and seems to be losing that cowardly heel trait that comes with all 'bad guys'. Just by Punk running towards Rock, it hooked me!
Gonna be a good match if they keep it up!

I was happy about this as well. It's going to take a lot of Rock Bottom's to put Punk down at the Rumble.

Re: What did you think of the Rock concert and Rock/Punk brawl?
It's hard to take CM Punk seriously, the feud reminds me a lot of when Jericho tried feuding with Goldberg fall 1998. Jericho just seemed so out of place, he wasn't a big enough star to be in there with zgoldberg at that time. Same with Punk, the guy just doesn't look like he belongs when he is out there with The Rock.
That's the problem with bringing back a guy like The Rock, this new generation just isn't on his level.
Makes it seem way too fake for The Rock to be out there selling for Punk. Rock would eat him alive.

Re: Official The Rock vs. CM Punk Discussion Thread
Haven't watched off-air footage yet but what was weird was that Punk basically won that fight at the end, ran up got Rock ina hold, repeatedly punched him while pushing him around until broken up. Was weird.

Re: THATS THE PUNK I WANT TO SEE!
Are you guys crazy or something? CM Punk running towards The Rock to fight doesn't mean anything. In 2011, Rhodes wasn't afraid to brawl with Orton and 2 weeks after that he was a pussy heel lmao. WWE just wants to give Punk an ounce of credibility before he loses to The Rock at RR. Remember, all heels = cowards. CM Punk is not an exception

Punk has upped his game significantly now that he is working with one of the GOATS on the mic, you could see the intensity he brought last night

Re: What did you think of the Rock concert and Rock/Punk brawl?
Rock's song about Vickie was funny, I agree with the people saying that the brawl with Punk and Rock was a little unrealistic because if it was a real fight and Punk tried to attack Rock like he did on Raw, Rock would crush him. They need to have Punk try to use his speed or be craftier than the Rock to beat him, because if he tries to go straight at the Rock and over power him that looks pretty fake imo.

Seriously man how rose tinted and bitter are you. You are possibly the most awful poster on this forum. We get you dont like CM Punk but it is unnecessary that you go out of your way on every topic to find something negative to say.
I agree I was happy about him running down to the ring. Its about time he ran towards the fight as apposed to finding every option to get out of one. CM Punk has done a great job of putting Ryback over and their feud is proof that you dont need to beat someone to be put over. I was thinking just before he ran down that Punk needed to say nothing on the mic and just get physical and turn up the heat. Kind of like how The Rock and Stone Cold would have a back an forth series of punches.

Re: Official The Rock vs. CM Punk Discussion Thread
Thank fuck for these two. Both are nailing it. Seriously where would we be without these two? First match I'm really looking forward to in awhile.
And if nothing else, the promo video that'll air right before their match at the Rumble will be top notch. They better have a fucking good song to go with it.

And just like that with this one comment I realise I will never take the bait and bite to any of your posts ever again.
