It would be useless but WWE tries SO hard to get Cena over, they'll use other great, popular guys to do it. Although the Stone Cold character would never do it, don't be surprised if Austin is only there to propel Cena's redemption storyline about how (You want to be the greatest? People have their crappy years and days but you can turn it around by winning that Rumble and winning that title at Mania!) It would make me barf but don't be shocked at all.

After the way the back and forth went on Raw, I can't wait to see 3 more weeks of this.

The Rock was a little too corny, but I think they definitely had some good serious face to face talk throughout the promo, and Punk did his job getting heat, making everyone have to wait for The Rock to come out. His "shoot" wasn't what happened in july 2011, but I think he showed what Punk is. Real. He actually didn't say anything that wasn't true, and it was kind of hard to sit through because he was pretty intense and he was speaking a rough truth.

Can't wait for the match at Rumble, and I really hope that if Punk does lose they get him out of the title picture for a while as I think he can due to get a little distance between himself and the belt, but he will remain on the fringe of the "title" scene and, lets be honest, he will be winning the belt back eventually.

Gotta say, Rock's promo tonight was dull but got great once Rhodes Scholars arrived.

The Rock concert was the most entertaining thing he did in 2012 even if it didn't quite live up to the first two concerts but that's mostly because he has more material to work with as a heel.

I don't know if the concert does anything to build the match up but I guess they already did that with last week's promo and he's working the 21/1 RAW and 22/1 SD as well so I wouldn't be surprised if they'll have another confrontation for the final sell.
