Loved every minute of it...until The Rock came out. Then it was just catchphrases and PG catering. Rock, your stupid nicknames and hashtag crap may have worked against Cena because we all are sick of his shit more than we're sick of your PG shit. But you need to step up. Stop being a clown and be a contender.
CM Punk better fucking retain. I don't want the WWE champ appearing "via satellite" and having his only title defense at WM (before you mention Elimination Chamber, I doubt he'll defend it in the Chamber and they did the same thing with The Miz...the fucking Miz!)
Fuck The Rock, give me Daniel Bryan vs. CM Punk at WM. Best case scenario, whoever screws The Rock at RR will face him at WM (probably Lesnar).

I wonder what Cena was thinking in the back while watching these two go in the ring. You could feel the intensity between Rock and Punk.
Cant wait till Rock turns heel and joins forces with Punk and form PunkRock and add 3MB and run the WWE.

CM Punk's promos are good not because he says insider stuff but because his content is intelligent, relevant and above all, meaningful in the real world. When he has the right opponent, his promos are simply on another level. He absolutely destroyed the crowd in a couple of occasions and they didn't even realise it.
The Rock was his usual self, very entertaining, controls the crowd like few others but basically says nothing of importance. It's pure mindless and escapist entertainment and that's what the general audience and Vince McMahon wants wrestling to be. The Rock is by far the best at it so of course he's adored.
I think it's fair to say that judging by this promo alone the feud will be a hundred times better than Rock/Cena, mainly because Punk and Rock's personalities complement each other way better. How I wish this match could take place at Wrestlemania instead of the Royal Rumble. I cant believe we'll have to endure a two month Cena/Rock feud instead of this :facepalm:

I like Punk but some of you make me want to dislike him. All Rock has to do is break kayfabe and say "You couldnt even main event pay per views as champ, and the only reason you will be in the main event of the Royal Rumble is because you're facing me." DAMN
Anyway, Punk and Rock were great. THIS is how a feud should be done. Intensity, getting in eachother's faces, taking eachother seriously. Im very excited to see what happens next.
