Re: Official The Rock WWE Championship Discussion
I'm thankful that school has will come up at the same time as Raw takes place so I can concentrate on getting some sleep instead of staying up for 3 hours of crap with 30 minutes of THE ROCK. He alone wont make 3 hours and all the commercial breaks worth it. YouTube or download (since they remove shows a lot more nowadays) is the best option.

C2D, you can still find full shows in good quality on YT. You just gotta filter the search a little.

I know, I always do that when it's a PPV match I wanna check out the day after. Usually get to see what I'm interested in before it gets taken down.

School is the only disadvantage for this month. I'm going to be busy with courseworks and exam revision in the next six months so it's a shame that will get in the way. This month will be a great month for sports and wrestling wise. Arsenal (my fave team) will have three big matches this month, TNA Genesis, Rock's return and the Royal Rumble all in this month. Unfortunetly, sixth form will prevent me from watching the Royal Rumble live. Looks like I will need to watch it the day after. Oh well, wrestling is nothing compared to education.
Hopefully the results of Royal rumble are good results. Marking for Rocky

Punk Taker for the streak really doesn't make much sense because Taker winning the belt makes no sense and that's the only outcome to that match. Taker wins and vacates the belt the next day on Raw. That will do wonders for the product.

I always figured if Punk/Taker happens, Punk won't be the champ anymore. Up until a month ago, I just figured Rock/Cena II, Punk/Taker and Brock/HHH II were the top 3 matches. Might still happen though.

Same here. Live or DVR, gonna be the same to me. Not gonna lose sleep and feel like shit the next day at work just to see maybe one of probably 2 or 3 good segments of the entire 3 hour mess live.

Only thing I feel may be worth it to skip school is the Royal Rumble. Even though I wont mind catching Rock/Punk afterwards so I wont get into it after finding out Punk retained just to be disappointed (oh the horror), I wanna experience it live because it's more exciting that way. Also the Rumble match itself but that one is not exactly as "must watch" in the same way and I don't have the fear of being pissed off because somebody I can't stand wins.

That's the only disadvantage of watching it live. The only match I care for is the title match and that will probably end at 3:40am here in England. I don't want to stay up till that time only to see Punk retain the title. Rock will probably win it (hopefully) but you can never be sure with this company. I was sure Lesnar would beat Cena at ER and I was sure Jericho would win the Royal rumble last year but you can never be sure.

Re: Official The Rock WWE Championship Discussion
I watched live back in the golden days whenever I had the chance, I tried if for a small period in 2011 and couldn't stand the adverts, absolutely kills the viewing experience.
Also it being sometimes 3AM and your watching Santino vs R Truth making you think you need to re evaluate your life instead of forwarding the shit.

Re: Official The Rock WWE Championship Discussion
The Rock will probably win the Championship at the Rumble and defend the Title at WrestleMania against Cena and Punk. I would hate to see Punk's 400+ Championship reign end at the Rumble though.
