How to Book the Rock & Punk for Royal Rumble
It seems like the WWE wants to keep the title on CM Punk.
Announce CM Punk vs. Rock.... Have CM Punk re-injure himself and the Doctors wont clear him to Wrestle.
The WWE tells CM Punk that they will crown an interm Champion at the Rumble. And the put The Rock in a World Heavyweight Title Match vs. the Big Show.
The Rock wins the World Heavyweight Title.
Now during the Rumble.... Cena whose number #20 comes in and cleans house eliminates the 29 and is waiting on #30...
Which is CM Punk.... Cena and Punk go at it. Then the Shield hits the Ring... Beat up Cena (Badly) & Punk (not bad) and throw Cena out of the ring and walk away.

It's either that or Shield interference.
