Dont get me wrong i love Rock. He is one of my all time favs after HBK. I am always glad to see him back in the ring. I just get the feeling that WWE are going to go the predictable route with Rock v Cena 2. I liked the actually. I did not think it was as bad as everyone else here even though it was no means a great one. But it would destroy the whole once in a lifetime tagline. They can do so much more with Rock. ROck v Taker. Taker has the streak and all that but the only real true all time great he has faced in a classic encounter is HBK and to a lesser extent Trips. It would do wonders for him to go against one of the holy trinity ( Austin, Hogan, Rock )at WM. They could do Rock v Brock. A rematch from SS 2002. They could do Rock v Punk. Rock v Trips. He was Rock's most hated rival and they had an amazing rivalry. But i just get the feeling that they will do Rock v Cena again. Again i liked the feud and actually enjoyed the match more than most people here. But that being said i am quite happy not seeing it again atleast not anytime soon. So while i am pumped for the great one to return, i am also a bit anxious about who he faces at Mania. WWE seems to have a serious problem thinking outside of the box.

Yeah, Punk simply isn't credible enough, not his fault, he just isn't booked in that manner, especially as a heel, as a face, he's all right, but still below Cena. Ryback is because he's pretty much booked ABOVE the entire roster, there is no-one on the current roster who is stronger than him, kayfabe wise. He's above fucking Cena for fucks sake, Cena who's above Triple H. Rock and Lesnar are the only two guys who can kayfabe challenge Ryback, so he's credible enough even this early in his career to challenge for the streak. I suppose Big Show is credible enough too though, since he's booked above Cena too.

Joking aside, a Orton/Rock feud from 2004 would of blown anything from today but sadly, Randy isn't the same character he once was and it's highly unlikely the WWE will do anything to benefit Orton (unless he's part of the script) because they need all their resources on The Rock vs. Punk.

He says the storyline will begin next week...

- The Rock gave a hint into plans for him regarding WrestleMania during an appearance at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour. Rock was promoting his upcoming series The Hero and discussed his appearance at WrestleMania, suggesting that an opponent is set and that the storyline will kick off on Monday.

Rock said, "The storyline will be that starting this coming Monday (on Raw), I'm gonna go back, and it's going to be a big return. That will lead to, hopefully, what will be the biggest WrestleMania of all time at Giants Stadium."

He added, "I will headline that show, with someone who I can't say right now. We've got an amazing four months lined up and planned out that will culminate in the biggest WrestleMania of all time. It's going to be a hell of a thing."

^ Optimism for Brock VS Rock. I'd love that or else Cena VS Punk VS Rock to main-event. Like StarBuck though, Brock VS Rock just leaves the issue of who will face The Undertaker. Cena should not until 'Mania 30, and Punk(as much of a mark for him I am) just is nowhere near credible enough to face the streak. Only Brock and Cena are. I get a headache thinking of all the possibilities for matchups, but I'm just going to wait it out.
