I could definitely see a match with the winner getting the opportunity to face the Rock at Wrestlemania since I doubt the Rock would be in the chamber. It works even better if the winner of the Rumble is challenging World Heavyweight Champion.

Winner Gets a Shot at the WWE Title at Wrestlemania:
John Cena vs. the Miz vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Kane vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Mark Henry

The reason I picked these six guys is they all would have a reason to want to face the Rock at Wrestlemania (aside from the obvious). Cena...revenge for last year. Miz could say Rock stole the spotlight from him at Wrestlemania 27. Bryan and Rock had their confrontation at Raw 1000. Kane and Rock have enough history to bring up. Kingston could say he wants to take the torch from the Rock (Roman Reigns could also be substituted here but I doubt the WWE splinters the Shield guys yet). Mark Henry could say the Rock held him down long ago and he finally emerged through his own hard work.

I would build this towards a Cena vs. Rock vs. Punk triple threat match for Wrestlemania. Punk could claim disrespect for not getting a shot at a rematch or even get involved in the match if he's not wrestling in the chamber. Punk could also replace Henry or Kingston and get into a draw situation with Cena to set up the Wrestlemania triple threat with the Rock.
