Re: If CM Punk loses the WWE title at Royal Rumble does he get a rematch?

When The Rock lost the WWE title to Brock Lesnar at Summerslam '02? He never got his rematch for the title.

Re: Elimination chamber plan if Rock wins at RR?

One thing they can do is have Rock win the title at RR, Cena wins the Rumble Match, Punk wins the Chamber match, and we get a triple threat at Wrestlemania.

But yeah, everyone would know Punk is winning the chamber match if they go that route so I don't know.

I do think The Rock should win the title for a short reign and I do believe that CM Punks title reign is coming to an end and he needs to drop the title and move on to another challenge (most likely HHH or The Undertaker at Wrestlemania).

1. The Rock winning seems too predictable.

2. CM Punk has held the title for 400 days +. In my opinion it makes little sense that CM Punk has kept the title for over a year against and has overcome so many opponents and challenges but then loses the title to a part timer on the first opportunity.

But lets say CM Punk does lose the title to The Rock at Royal Rumble then does that mean CM Punk will have a rematch at the following RAW. Is The Rock schedule to appear at the following RAW?

I hope it doesn't have any interruption and is a straight forward match that goes down as a 5 star classic match. But I have suspicions that either Ryback, The Undertaker or The Shield may play a part.
1: CM Punk winning every WWE title match for a year straight was too predictable. I hope the year-long string of boring predictability ends at the Rumble with Punk's loss. I will happily accept one more predictable PPV outcome so I don't have to sit through another 12.

2: Not only should he not have had it for 400+ days, but it's fairly obvious you wouldn't happy no matter who he lost it to or when it'll happen.

You should be extremely happy he was allowed to retain for as long as he has. He absolutely should not still have the title. Nobody else has had the title for that long since WWE started airing on tv every week back in the early 90's. He's already retained for far longer than you should have expected he would.

Would the Chamber Match be for the Title or include the Rock? If Punk wins then Rock and Cena could be the challengers. I don't know if I like the hot potato'ing of the title but it's inevitable if the Rock is getting a title reign. I'm not sure everyone would know that Punk was winning unless it was declared a triple threat match was taking place at Wrestlemania.

Is it bright where you are? Have the people changed?

The Rock ain't winning the rumble, unless his match with Punk doesn't close the PPV somehow...

Re: Official The Rock WWE Championship Discussion

Lot of haters on this thread.

Rock haters say Rock doesn't deserve the title shot.

Punk haters say Punk can't draw and doesn't deserve facing the Rock.

You're both dead wrong, and try way too hard to get a reaction from people.

I would be perfectly fine with:

Rock (champ) vs Cena II

...if, and only if, Cena goes into Wrestlemania with major heel tendencies and finally turns heel to win the title.

The Rock returns to Raw on Jan. 14, 2013

The WWE Universe will smell what The Rock is cooking when “The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment” returns to Raw on Jan. 7, live in Tampa, Fla.

The Great One will no doubt have a few eyebrow-raising surprises in store for the momentous first Raw of 2013. Revelry won’t be the only thing on The Rock’s mind that night, however, as he prepares to compete for the WWE Title at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event on Jan. 27.

The WWE Champion — not to mention the millions and millions of The Rock’s fans — won’t want to miss the iconic Superstar’s exciting return to Tampa for the first time in a decade. Experience the first Raw of 2013 by tuning in at 8/7 CT on USA Network, or be part of the action live and in person!
