Just thinking about the WWE Title match, for Punk fans this has got to be a treat because this will undoubtedly be the biggest match of his career to date (MITB '11 is definitive but this is BIG TIME). And for Rock fans, you get to see The Great One return to challenge for and possibly win the WWE Championship one final time. Handled properly could be one of the more entertaining programs for any WWE fan in the last few years, quite frankly. The promos/build/hype should be compelling television if the writing/booking is correct and everyone executes their best. I'm really excited for what's coming up on WWE TV on the road to Royal Rumble then WrestleMania.

You know when Rock said he would have a shot on whoever had the title at RR I figured it was a given he was getting it for WM for Cena/Rock II, but since the shield has arrived on the scene since then I'm really not sure what to think now. For some reason I'm thinking Punk retains, gets a cage match or something at WM where he loses to Rock.

Even though it would shorten his reign I'd rather Rock get it at RR and Punk regain at WM. Rock doesn't need another WM moment.

Grew up as a huge fan of Rock and CM Punk reignited my interest in WWE after a decade of not watching, I find myself leaning towards a Punk victory because I think he needs it more, but I don't really mind, I win either way.

It's always surreal when I think about it. Nobody ever thought Rock/Punk would happen, and even Rock standing in the same ring as DB on 1000th was surreal tbh. Can't really describe the deel, but I think you know what I'm talking about.
