Would love to see The Rock win the title, but I just can't stomach Rock/Cena 2.
If Punk were to go over the Rock, I'd have no problem with it.
I just want Rocky on my TV as much as possible.

If Punk beats The Rock. I would be very very intrigued as to what they actually follow it up with. As The Rock is scheduled for Elimination Chamber and of course he will be at Wrestlemania, I wonder what they would do. My plan was for Lesnar to interfere and cost Rock, but where does that leave both men at the Chamber? Unless we get a HBK/Taker sort of storyline and Lesnar breaks in to the Chamber and costs Rock the title again after he puts himself in the title match building up Rock/Lesnar II at Mania.

If Brock costs Rock the title at the Rumble then they can have Rock participate in Chamber and probably have Brock attack him before he enters the chamber similar to how Edge took out Kofi a few years ago.

rock (wwe champ) vs Lesnar (world heavy weight champ) vs Royal rumble winner is the way to go. Main event
Taker VS Cena. 2nd Main event.
all the other matches...........

Could do that indeed. But I think that would be a potential waste of a Rock showing. Unless he goes on to continue in the match. I mean I imagine a lot of people would of bought a ticket to see The Rock in another WWE Title match and for him to be taken out before hand and not compete would be a bit of a waste. |

I can fuck with the idea of Rock winning the belt at RR, participating in the Chamber with Brock costing him the title ala HBK/Taker thus setting up Rock/Brock at WM. That way you get the payoff with Rock winning the belt AND setting up Rock/Brock.
The ultimate win/win if you're a :Rock fan.

Yea, he'd need to continue and maybe have Heyman throw in a pipe for Punk so he retains like how Flair helped Triple H retain in the 03 chamber against Goldberg. That or Brock hides inside the chamber and waits til it's down to Rock vs Punk and attacks Rock so Punk retains again.

They have a lot of ways they could make this feud epic and give us a great pay off at Wrestlemania (Rock/Brock etc), but knowing the WWE we won't have any of these. It's why I am not getting my hopes up at all.
