I don't get his point anyway. Whoever is the champion is always in the end going to come out 2nd best when they drop the title to someone else. Punk is going to come out 2nd best when Rock takes the tilte and Rock is going to come out 2nd best when Cena takes the title. Cena will come out 2nd place when someone else wins the title and so on and so on. Goes on forever.

So just a question, is Rock going to be at the Elimination Chamber PPV, because if he is that all but confirms for me that he's winning at the RR, he wouldn't do a B-List PPV unless he felt obliged to do it as WWE Champion.

He's on the WWE site as one of the stars that will be at the PPV wrestling, I think. Not sure if it has been confirmed yet thou.

I personally dont care for all the ratings hoopla seriously and I def know the entire product needs an overhaul. But you saying that its too late for casuals and the mainstream audience to care that the freaking Rock is WWE champion is whats lol worthy.

I don't think it's lose lose either way. I think pretty much everyone here would be okay with Punk winning if it set up Brock Lesnar v Rock. The problem is everyone is still convinced we're getting Rock Cena 2 and without the title that match has no business taking place.

Triple H Lesnar 2

That's a terrible card and won't put Punk over either. If the product isn't entertaining Punk can have the belt for 10,000 days and no one will care. He's had it for over a year now and still has barely made a dent.
