Re: Official The Rock WWE Championship Discussion

The only reason he beat Punk was so he was going into WM 28 to face Taker with a win.

He didn't need to face Punk, though, it was stupid. They could have built that match up to be so much more. Why couldn't he face someone else?

Re: Official The Rock WWE Championship Discussion

Personally I would love to see HHH face Daniel Bryan i think that would be a great match. Also HHH haters HHH is not going to retire. Hes gonna be the owner soon and will become a character heel boss like Vince was. HHH also has so many years left him i can see him go full time for 5 more years if he wanted to

Re: Official The Rock WWE Championship Discussion

Trips didn't even need to get involved with Punk , his previous match with the Undertaker was the basis for the story for them at WM 28.

I actually want Cena to beat Rock. It will be an interesting reaction from those New York fans

No actually, he DID because Kevin Nash wasn't medically cleared to compete, someone had to step in as the match was already announced BEFOREHAND - who else would be appropriate apart from Nash's best buddy?

Re: Official The Rock WWE Championship Discussion

Yeah Triple H needed to showcase himself to a 'new generation of fans yet he NEVER LEFT! The entire Punk/HHH idea was retarded and did nothing but derail Punk.
