If Rock can be in New Orleans shooting a movie early as fuck in the morning, turn around, fly to Boston for RAW, run back to NO, then fly up to NYC for Survivor Series, the dude can pretty much make anything work around his schedule. He did that last year one time, he'd do it again.

I call BS on this report. That's just not Rock at all based on everything else we've heard. I doubt he could give a shit about being the one to end Punk's title reign. He just wants to put on a great entertaining match for the fans I'm sure.

Punk has been awesome. There is a possibility of swerving everyone and having Punk retain at the Rumble. I think for Rock vs Cena 2 to be successful it has to be for the title.

Which is a really shitty conspiracy theory to pre-emptively make an excuse for why Punk's reign ended (when it should have several months ago). Rather than just admit it's WAY past time for a change in the WWE champ department.

It isn't something different either. There's been "backstage news" and "dirtsheet news" about supposed anti-Punk movements in the locker room or upstairs to end his reign early or to stop his push or to "hold him back", or some other dumb shit.

There's been no movement in place other than to keep the title ON him and to keep pushing him, not to take it off and "hold him back".

Great to see that The Rock will be there the night after EC. Hope he's at the PPV itself defending the belt too. I don't believe the Survivor Series thing, though. If they were gonna put the belt on somebody else before putting it back on Punk, they would've done months ago. But I hope The Rock ending is true!

If Rock devotes himself to the WWE for 2 to 4 months or however long he was to hold the belt for then I am all for it... I dont want him winning it and never defending it until he drops it as well as making hardly any no show appearences. Would be a stupid move.
