Who said that? I don't recall anybody saying that. Stop stealing other people's comments and passing them off as your own as if you logically came to that conclusion.

Nobody thinks the Rock is going to be on all Raw shows, what I said was that after TLC it gives the WWE 6 Raw shows to promote the match.

If the Rock is facing Punk, and going to win the belt, you can guarantee the WWE will want to milk it for everything it is worth. They'll likely start building at, or immediately following TLC.

How is that character development when the top 4 matches in some way, shape or form are with HHH as a heel.

Punk doesn't need to be babyface, Rock & Cena aren't full time and from what you're saying, HHH, Punk, Cena & Orton, the latter being WWE's top 3 active performers, should all be heel. Makes no sense.

Not only that, it still builds everything around HHH, which should not be happening. And at this point, no way should he be heel so Punk can be face, especially when Punk is more effective as a heel.

Why you so mad? You can easily google it or something and find out what movies he'll be filming. Calm down kid.

I still don't see how they are goin to plan all this especially since the release of Fast 6 is at the end of March iirc. We'll see.

Rock vs Lesnar (HHH wanting the Rock destroyed and pure jealousy on Brock's part)

Cena vs Taker (with Cena turning heel after the loss due to months of HHH's manipulation and lack of happiness with his inability to win big matches anymore)

Heel HHH vs Punk WWE title (explains Punk's paranoia with the WWE and gives him character growth)

Heel Orton vs Sheamus WHC (with Orton already heel due to HHH's manipulation and a much needed feud for Sheamus)

Sheamus and Punk need to be firmly established, while Cena and Orton need a change of pace.

I excluded Ryback and Ziggler from these matches only because as it stands right now the titles mean nothing and wouldn't help them become bigger stars in the long run from gaining them at this point.

The feuds above are easily initiated by HHH going corporate heel and benefit all participants involved as well as the rest of the WWE.

The story starts with this:

The Raw after the RR, where Brock attacks Rock and helps Punk retain his title, Punk and Heyman have a disagreement about Lesnar helping him win against Rock. At the end of the night Heyman tells him that he doesn't work for Punk and that Punk isn't "his guy" anymore. Ambrose, Reigns, and Rollins come out and destroy Punk and HHH walks out and is revealed as being in cahoots with Heyman and Lesnar. The Raw after that, he explains that he sacrificed his chance to end the streak, his arm, his best friend, his family, and his standing with the WWE fans all for control of the company. His loss to Lesnar activated a hidden clause in the contract they signed before the fight and now he is in complete control of the WWE. He explains his disdain for Punk and how he played "games" with him and his career. Then as Punk comes out to confront him he is attacked by Ambrose, Rollins, and Reigns. Triple H then strips Punk of his title thus ending his reign and everything else that follows creates the matches above.

Mega Heat and Dat Heel HHH :hhh :hhh :hhh

As good as that sounds speacily turning DA GAME! heel thats way too good for the WWE this days plus i dont see him working in Mania

Clearly you must be confused. First, you point out that I think Punk is a heel and then in your last sentence you state that I think Punk is a face. Which one is it? Secondly, Punk needs to have his character validated. Do you think the Vince/Austin feud would have been as popular if Austin kept saying "Vince is against me" without Vince ever appearing to be against him? He needs someone to be physically present to vent his frustration against so the audience can understand where he is coming from. Right now he looks to be a paranoid person talking about an imaginary person wanting to sabotage him (you know like those transient people who roam the streets talking to themselves). He is popular enough to be a face and him chasing the title would get people behind him again. Also, Punk is not more effective as a heel. Fans don't really boo him even though they have done everything they can to get him heat. Some people still want to cheer him. Third, there is nothing wrong with using HHH as the catalyst for starting the other feuds, he is the COO and will be in charge when Vince is done. He won't be physically involved in all of the feuds and HHH/Taker are the only part timers that are committed to being there for the long haul. Rock and Brock are part timers that come whenever they wish so you can't put them in storylines that are too demanding for their schedules.

Besides, you don't have to worry about Punk. I have HHH losing clean to him via submission at WM. So you don't have to be like "omg Punk got berries." :hhh :hhh :hhh

Holy shit I just dumped like 30 posts of spam in this thread. January's going to be a long month.

On second thought, it's alright. I have one of these

I don't see a scenario where Rock is not holding the title. Rock is probably the only reason Punk still has the belt after the 15 year low they're doing on TV almost on a weekly basis, but they booked the Rock/Punk 6 months in advance with the payoff of Rock taking the belt after a decade and ending a long run. Would love to see Rock/Brock for the belt at WM(Or non-title if they wouldn't have done the title program). Either way, if Rock is working with Brock. Cena is working with Taker in the co-main event, which would be the best possible card for this year.
Brock robbing Rock of his ultimate goal to become WWE Champion again could also be that extra added spark to make the feud more intense too. We should have somewhat of a clear idea and not just a guess of what's going down with Rock at Mania based on whatever they do at the Royal Rumble and Raw the night after.

Not confused, simply made a mistake and included Punk in the category.

Point is, if they have been building Punk up as a heel character prior to his match with Rock, what sense would it make to just thrust him back into a feud with HHH and turn him back babyface? My whole point is, Punk as a babyface wasn't as effective because he was always overshadowed by Cena. By switching the roles, we're right back with the same feud we had for the past 2 years. Character development isn't needed for already established characters, especially when you just pretend that the past 5 months never happened.

But, it's like your whole plan is to switch roles with all the top stars because of HHH's manipulation. So basically, you're saying he converted Cena & Orton into heels. If the whole angle is built around HHH/Punk, why the involvement from Orton, if he's in a program with Sheamus? No connection to HHH there. And HHH being in cahoots with Heyman & Lesnar makes very little sense, especially with that happened the past 7 months. And wouldn't the clause of him being in complete control only make sense if Vince is somehow involved in the angle?

I understand that is your theory but why ignore what has already happened? And it makes very little sense to have HHH/Punk at Mania. Your theory is Punk retains at the Rumble, HHH strips him of the belt but what happens to the built? Just randomly start a feud over that?

I don't understand any of that and it doesn't seem exciting. It just seems like Vince/Austin recycled again. The rebel vs. the boss. Can't move forward by moving backwards.

One of my fave Rock segments. Epic interview at WM 14. First time he ever used the "if ya smell what I'm cookin" IIRC although he didn't really intend to use it as a catchphrase but obviously, it eventually caught on. This is also a good example to show to anyone who says Rock can't continuously talk without relying on catchphrases.

Next night, Rock becomes the leader and Faarooq gets kicked out of the Nation. This, imo, was one of the best booked angles in the AE especially because of the gradual and consistent storyline progression that took place. Not too soon, not too late and the final straw was executed at the biggest show of the year with Faarooq refusing to help Rock in his match vs Shamrock. Love the promo in the beginning. "Ken Shamrock, I got a big hand and you know what that means, I'm gonna lay the SD on you in a major way." He also foreshadows at the end what was gonna happen later.....

If you honestly think that Punk is main eventing WM, in his current heel gimmick, without feuding with a part timer then you are delusional. My scenario was one of very few, besides the Reign vs Streak, that would allow him to be in one of the big matches. As far as my story not making sense I can see how you would not understand it. I tried to minimize how much I wrote on the subject because this is a Rock WWE Championship Discussion thread. I was just commenting on the match list that the other poster proposed.

Quite frankly, a reset of the past year would be one of the best things to happen to Punk. Also, Punk wrote himself into that "rebel vs. boss" corner as soon as he did that worked shoot against the WWE.
