I've never thought Rock was taking the title at RR anyway. Punk will win but it won't be clean.

If Rock is busy filming between RR and WM he shouldn't get the title. What could have been special about a last title reign would have been to get him back on relatively frequent basis for a a while, which would really have been a thing that felt unique.

I'm not worried that he won't be at WM though as that's easily scheduled in.
