I suppose from a money point of view that was probably the best, sort of shit for the WWE title leading up to it though considering we know who is pretty much going to face him at Rumble.

Yeah, but for me I can forgive that because he will actually get a feud and match between Punk/Rock.

I just hope it doesn't end at Rumble. I imagine Rock will start to come back to build the fued after TLC once he knows who he's actually wrestling, but it still isn't the longest build, so I hope the feud continues somewhat afterwards, I'd love to see Punk/Rock at Wrestlemania.

Rock is set to face the champion at RR, so including him in the RR match would not work at this moment. But number 2 could still happen and it would be great if he surprised us all and showed up at survivor series.

I don't know why alot of people want to see a triple threat main event at Mania. Is it because Punk can finally main event Mania or something? Or just to avoid the inevitable Cena vs Rock II (if it doesn't happen at Mania 29 it will happen eventually later anyways)? IMO Cena vs Rock II for the title would be much better than a triple threat and would most likely make Vince much more money. Its not like Punk will be thrown the wayside or something, he will most likely have a 1 of the top 3 profile matches anyways. He doesn't need to be always involved in the title picture to be relevant.

What I was saying was what would YOU of preferred. I know he is set to face the champion but if he wasn't would you of liked him to show up unexpected at the Rumble and win it
