Speculating is always fun, but I'm not getting my hopes up at all. WWE really are stupid enough where they'll have Rock win the belt at the Rumble and then not defend it until Wrestlemania. Rock will be so busy, he'll pop up at random RAWs but won't be at Elimination Chamber. It'll pretty much suck but they'll no doubt go through with it because they have a hard-on for the Rock/Cena rematch.

This Wrestlemania could be so simple. The Rock can lose to Punk at the Rumble because of Brock, so Brock/Rock is on for Wrestlemania. Both guys won't be there every week so they can still hype it up with training videos like Summerslam 2002 and other such things. So that's the part-time guys sorted.

That way, the WWE belt can be defended at Elimination Chamber and be contested between the full time guys, whether it be Punk/Cena or Punk/Ryback or a triple threat or WHATEVER.

As for Undertaker, I'm not sure. But surely they can hold off Cena/Taker until Mania 30 and have Taker face a newer, less established guy.

having two part time guys feud is stupid because it means everyone else is stuck doing the same old feuds as usual

Rock should beat Punk at RR then again at Elimination chamber

2. Rocky beats Punk at the Rumble, Heyman brings back Lesnar to get revenge, thus we have our main event WWE Championship match.

However, if we have Rock-Brock at Mania, HOWDAFUQ do you book Cena-HHH-Punk-Taker ? I could care less honestly, as long as we get three singles matches between the 6 main guys and not some bullshit triple threat match. Rock-Brock would legit reach 2 million buys though.
#2 is an excellent option. I'd rather the world ends in December than ever see Punk go over someone way above him like The Rock.

Also, how do you get around Punk/Taker for the title on option 1? Punk is not gonna end the streak and Taker only appears once a year.

If Brock/Rock happens, here's what I'd do with the others: Cena vs Orton (they've never had a one-on-one at Mania and it fits here), HHH vs Mark Henry and Sheamus vs Taker. Punk either in a random tag match or left off the card preferably. And if none of these, Ryback can squash him.

Here's my latest idea, someone mentioned the idea of doing Cena/Taker twice, I actually like it. for some reason the idea of Cena getting a rematch (just like HHH) will have smarks squirming and saying 'he's definitely ending it that bastard!" especially if you raise the stakes with a NO DQ I Quit match at 30.

This is how I'd setup 29 and essentially 30 with Punk/Austin and Taker/Cena 2

The Referee Idea is setup obviously after this match's 'finish' from the first match at HIAC, and most importantly it adds enough Star Power to make this match 'Main Event' (and It needs to because the other two Main Events aren't as important in the weeks after WrestleMania)

You've got so many elements here that should make it epic, the only actual problem with it iMO is that they've hot shotted Punk/Ryback too much and if Ryback could work a 20 minute Main Event, you'd be able to do a lot of 'fuckery' with 3 false finishes on Punk and Ryback each with shock kick outs, interferences etc Most importantly you add a mouth piece to Ryback in the build with Austin (and obviously could be the seed for following year) you have Heyman come in 'level the playing field' with Mayweather whose no stranger to playing Heel and even could eventually turn face at the event itself by knocking out Punk to close the show with Ryback and Austin etc. It should hopefully catapult Ryback into a major player as well as the next night when you officialy setup Punk/Austin at 30 in the RAW Main Event Segment

Divas Filler Match

6 Man Tag Filler Match

You just fill spots with guys who deserve to be on the card who don't already have a match

The Great One V The Baddest Man On the Planet
The Hollywood Superstar V UFC Former World Champion
The Rock V Brock Lesnar

Some would say this is the marquee match and it is but it doesn't need to Main Event, especially with their being no fall out, its just two of the biggest names in the industries history colliding, you actually don't need make this a 'wrestling' story IMO, you set it up with Brock costing Rock the title at Rumble but once the match is officially made you just set it up as Rock316AE says with the Training video's, infact you'd do a 1 hour Special on both guys like they did with ROck/Cena last year and have both guy's training for this match as well as other things etc.

Intercontinental Championship
Damien Sandow vs Kofi Kingston

United States Championship
Antonio Cesario vs The Miz

*Hall of Fame Break*

The Streak
John Cena vs The Undertaker (part 1)

This would be Chapter 1 of the what would be a two part series just like HHH and HBK before Cena, setting it up is easy, Cena eliminated by Ryback at the Rumble as the final two ends his chances of Main Eventing against Punk for the title or even Rock again for the title, he's failed. So he needs to redeem himself, does he still have it? He calls out Taker and you go from there.

Hopefully the match works well otherwise a rematch wouldn't be as desired and you leave enough in their for the Rematch which would be bigger with the 'I Quit' Stipulation and no DQ that comes with it.

Sin Cara vs Rey Mysterio

6 Man Tag Filler Match

You just fill spots with guys who deserve to be on the card who don't already have a match

World Heavyweight Championship
Dolph Ziggler (C) vs Daniel Bryan

Opening match both are reliable to open the show with a good start.

WRESTLEMANIA FIRST DAY SALE UPDATE

WWE did between 45,000 and 50,000 tickets sold (closer to 50) and over $10 million dollars. The higher ticket prices this year are reflected in the large gate.

Metlife is going to be on fire come April 7. The numbers for the WrestleMania 29 gate reflect the hike in ticket prices but that is still an impressive number to me especially in this economy. When The Rock makes a guaran-damn-tee he'll be at Mania, he'll be there. I also believe he is committed to hyping the event as much as his busy (understatement) schedule will allow. Rock wants to create more memorable moments again at Royal Rumble and WrestleMania. Last year, it was a pleasure for me sitting ringside to finally see the Rock perform live, and although I'm not going this year, I can't wait to see what's coming in 2013. Get ready...

Well... Since we're talking about main events, who are your top 10 focal points of the company heading into Wrestlemania XXIX ? I'm talking about getting these people a big time match to draw insane buyrates and to put on the most entertaining show possible, here's my list :

1. The Rock (A-List Celebrity, all time great)
2. Brock Lesnar (Again, A-List Athlete, all time great)
3. John Cena (Face of the company)
4. The Undertaker (Face of Wrestlemania)
5. CM Punk (Biggest heel in the company, number two guy)
6. Triple H (All time great / part timer)
7. Daniel Bryan (one of the most over in the company)
8. Sheamus (Second biggest full-time face in the company currently)
9. Randy Orton (Poised to be the number 2 heel in the company soon)
10. Ryback (seems to be the glaring choice for #2 face in the company if Cena takes time off)

That leaves people like Ziggler and Kane out in the cold, even though I'm sure they'll get some good matches as well. Your thoughts ?

I pretty much agree with your list and it would be hard to argue against it. If Mayweather is going to be a part of the show and not just attend or make an appearance then he easily should be in the #3 or #4 spot. I talked earlier about the two dream matches I want at the top card and Rock/Brock with Mayweather as the enforcer is one of them (Taker/Cena the other). If WWE wanted a good shot at possibly getting close to last year's record number of PPV buys that is the match to book imo.

You know if you just pair up your list in order you get a heck of card. Bryan vs Sheamus in a rematch from last year's embarrassing lost? Story writes itself.

Orton and Ryback could be a fun match. I would actually prefer if they had Sheamus vs. Bryan being nontitle with Bryan getting his revenge, and having Orton vs. Ryback vs. Ziggler. Ziggler should be champion going in, I'd be happy with any of the three winning.

Rock vs Lesnar (WWE Championship)
Cena vs. Undertaker (Streak)
Triple H vs. CM Punk (Retirement match?)
Orton vs. Ziggler vs. Ryback (WHC match)
Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan (#1 contender?)

Divas match

Zack Ryder/Santino tag/celebrity match shenanigans

MONEY IN THE BANK PLZ.
