he can, it's not like he's wrestling house shows or doing international tours, it's just one day of the week, if he can fit in all those movie roles i'm sure he won't have problems squeezing in RAW at Mondays
besides, Fast Six is coming out in the Summer, and his role in Empire States is probably a minor supporting role (he only spent a week in filming)
Rock's a smart guy, he knows how to manage his time

You forgot they have to rehearse before they do the show and do some training before they go out there.
Backstage News on The Rock Winning the WWE Title, Issues WWE Officials Are Facing
- WWE officials are faced with two issues right now as far as The Rock winning the WWE Title at the Royal Rumble goes.
One is that The Rock winning the WWE Title will mean there are no WWE Title defenses at any live events for a three-month period.
They will also have to work out with The Rock whether or not he will be available for the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view and whether they want him to work that event. Those details may have already been worked out as it was a topic largely talked about among some of the WWE talents this past week.
It's coming down to the wire in terms of needing to have a set plan and commitments to dates considering the hectic movie promotion schedule Rock has in early 2013.
With the challenges they are facing, it's said that nothing has changed - the plan is still for The Rock to win the WWE Title at Royal Rumble, from CM Punk, and main event at WrestleMania 29, possibly against John Cena.
What had happen to The Rock who wanted to be WWE Champion ?
I remember this, I was all crazy. After Wrestlemania, Rock said that he was going to be the next WWE champion and then he left ? Seriously, don't tell that The Rock will be WWE Champion just by asking a match and beat CM Punk in one match.
Stupid creative team, the WWE really need to change them
Him not appearing at House Shows is a piece of shit tbh but there isn't really anything they can do. I hardly think somebody is going to change their mind NOT to go just because the WWE title isn't being defended but out of principle it sort of makes the whole thing redundant when there isn't even a title there to fight for. They had better let folks know that he WONT be appearing before they buy their tickets or they'll probably have major problems with refunds etc on their hands. It's a tricky thing to deal with. I reckon they can manage with him not defending at EC. Let the SD EC be for the WHC and let the Raw EC be a No.1 Contenders Match for the WWE title. That way they can get around him not being there. It's the same as it was with Brock though and just highlights the many issues that come with trying to book around guys who aren't there all the time.
