Despite what people may want to think, Punk beating Rock makes sense (and same if Rock beats Punk). No matter who wins, it will work out. If Punk wins, assuming by interference from Lesnar or Cena (turning him heel), we have Rock facing one of them and you can put Punk against Ryback to end Punk's "reign of terror", thus making him even bigger in the eyes of the casuals. If Rock wins, he can go on to face Ryback which will produce similar if not greater results (since it would be the main event of WM). Only problem with that may be it might get Ryback some heat for taking the title off Rock... but who knows? Even Rock/Cena for the belt would work if Rock drops the title to Cena (I do not want to see Rock/Lesnar for the strap however). Punk could go after the streak, the WHC, HHH, Austin, or whatever is available.

Doesn't matter who wins to me, since either way it would look great. I'm just hoping for an awesome match between the two.

Edit: As Green Light said, no chance of Punk beating Rock clean though.

It is possible but it is an highly unlikely thing to happen. As someone said, it would have been an unpredictable bout if Punk was a face too.

PPV Posters don't usually mean much but I know a lot of people are reading into the Wrestlemania poster of Rock/Brock/Cena thinking they're going to unify the two titles. Rock WWE champ, Lesnar WHC, Cena Royal Rumble Winner. Triple threat main event for a unified WWE Title.

But...again posters don't mean much and reading into that is probably wrong. In reality it's probably going to be Rock vs Cena for the title and Lesnar will likely fight HHH, maybe someone else, so he's featured for drawing purposes on the poster.

That would be awesome. Not just for the match but also the fact that Punk gets the fuck out of the main event scene at last.

And for the streak, they can have Sheamus wrestling Undertaker. It can be an awesome match plus it's ginger vs ginger, lol. Orton can turn heel and wrestle Ryback for the World Title.

Punk v Rock can go either way.

I think there's a strong possibility that Rock v Cena v Punk will be the Wrestlemania Main Event.

They can also have Brock cost Rock the match and have Brock v Rock. I think this scenario is the least likely scenario though.

Rock v Cena with Rock introducing a new belt is probally the most likely scenario even if it throws off Elimination Chamber.

As for WM 30. Stone Cold doesn't have the bargaining chips and that might lead to this match never happening. He's always said the match has to be right for him. Cough . . . money . . . cough.

Cena v Taker is the Main Event for WM 30 regardless of Austin. Now if Rock and Lesnar want to be there as well that piece of the pie is looking smaller and smaller. WWE is not going to tell Brock and Rock to go away for WM 30. They're looking at the whole year. Brock will wrestle at 3-4 PPVs. Rock will work 2 and will probally finish the trilogy with Cena. I'm just not seeing Austin's leverage. WWE will sell WM 30 with or without him.
