Now that i think about it, maybe it won't be Punk vs Rock. At TLC it will likely be Punk vs Cena, one final match, and i really don't think WWE will once again make Punk beat Cena, they'll probably end the year with Cena beating Punk for the first time and ending his reign (ugh). This way they'll have Cena vs Rock 2 at Royal Rumble, where Cena can retain and get his victory back. I mean Rock isn't actually winning at Royal Rumble, he can't be there every week and defend it at Elimination Chamber, so i don't see him winning the title, which is why i think they'll have Cena win the title so he gets his victory back. Then probably Rock vs Cena vs Punk at Wrestlemania.
Vince isn't stupid > He knows Rock vs Cena II is Wrestlemania material, NOT Rumble material. He wants Cena to get his win back at the biggest stage where he lost to The Rock. And that this re-match where get him more money at Mania

Rocky will bring in the new belt anyway. Punk was pushing to get one made and said recently at a ComicCon: "One is made, I dunno how it looks as everyone has differing opinions, it will probably be debuted when I lose the championship though" (boos from audience). The new belt probably won't look much better, but a new design is needed.
As for Rock going heel. It would cut the BS and stop the annoying promos. But it won't happen.

but everyone wants to see a one on one match between Rock and Punk. They already building the shit out of it since RAW 1000 and Rock & Punk are going at it at Twitter for the Royal Rumble. At this point its better for WWE just o let it happen (since that's what they, Rock, & Punk want anyways) . If they didn't care about so much, than they would have Vince give the belt to Ryback (since he is super obsessed with him).
Superman Cena destroys all the other geeks in the Rumble then Rock defeats Punk to win title later that night. As he celebrates, out comes Johnboy to stare him down and we get the start of once in a lifetime AGAIN.
Can't wait until The Rock comes back. Saving us from the worst year Raw has ever had with some greatness. And of course, he will main event at the Rumble. Even if Punk kills the "main event worthiness" of a match, Rock undoes it all by himself.
