We had an amazingly hot crowd. Great Rock promo, great Punk/Henry match. Cena getting loser chants and the crowd shitting on him, and the beast returned.
I WATCHED THAT PROMO 100 TIME oh yes he was just FREE again after this forced program

I agree that one or two moments were less than stellar, but the difference is that most of today's guys have one or two good promos amongst loads of average or bad ones. The Rock has one or two less than perfect promos amongst loads of ridiculously good ones. That's why the notice the odd average promo.

Those are all CLASSIC in my opinion.
That energy was something else, completely different atmosphere, a holiday feel, like this crowd was celebrating(Rock beating Cena made it possible), and Rock lives for that passionate audience. Probably why it felt like a 5 minutes segment.ONE DAY, The Rock will walk DOWN THAT AISLE. As the Jabroni-Beating, Pie-Eating, Trail-Blazing, Eyebrow-Raising, one vision in mind, don't need no revamping, The Rock is GONNA BE.......WWE Champion! ***explosion***.
Best RAW of the year by far. After that I say Cleveland in March(Rock Concert, HBK/Taker and Cena's rap)and RAW 1000(Rock/Bryan, DX, BOD, Lesnar/Heyman)

Hmmmm. I'd say his pop for winning at Mania 28 was louder. His first appearance pop at 27 was pretty loud though. I was ringside for Raw after Mania 28 and you could just tell he was having a blast with the crowd that night. We were so electric lol. Even the camera guys were laughing and enjoying the atmosphere. It was great. Lesnar's pop was un-fucking-real though. Wow. The man is a legit beast too. I've never seen somebody who looks like that in real life before. He's scary big.
The sound was completely lost in the dome at Mania 27. Lots of things just didn't come across well at all. I remember so many live accounts saying the pop for Rock's entrance was mega but on telly it doesn't translate do much.
Are you visible on camera at all during that Miami Raw after Wrestlemania? I so wish I was there that night. I also remember reading reports of fans literally hugging and dancing in the aisles when Rock got the win over Cena.
I really enjoyed Raw 1000. The Rock interacting with Punk and Bryan was great; special appearance by The Undertaker which blew the roof off. Then crazy stuff at the end with the Rock run-in and subsequent turn by Punk. Can't wait for the upcoming Raw 1000 set with the backstage stuff.
