Why Rock/Cena 2 WILL happen
1. Punk laid out Rock
2. Rock has a title shot at Royal Rumble
3. Cena possibly winning Royal Rumble from a low number
4. WWE loves flogging a dead horse, remember Undertaker/HHH 2 (actually 3) end of era match? No one wanted to see that either but they did it, added Michaels etc.

Why Rock/Cena 2 will NOT happen
1. Once in a life time promotion, DVD etc.
2. Cena got HIS win back when he defaeted Brock Lesnar
3. WWE needs something new
4. If roads are leading to Austin/Punk, Austin will main event and therefore Rock will face someone other than Cena as the rematch would be seen as a main event.

I've been saying since the start that it should be Rock/Brock. It's the biggest money making match from a mainstream standpoint. WWE loves to cream over things that was a success though, and I know there are probably some in the company that want Cena to get his win back since he's so protected. I don't see Rock/Cena II drawing "as well" because most people would know that Cena is winning this time.

I understand that there are no more big dream matches, but doing Cena vs Rock isnt a dream match anymore. We've already seen it. I have no no desire to see the match again. I'll get Wrestlemania because its wrestlemania. I mean, they literally could have a mad Wrestlemania 11 type show and I would watch it. But that main event wont appeal to the same crowd it did last year, because we already saw it.

The majority saw the outcome they had hoped for. Mania 28 was a success because we all loved seeing Rock beat Cena. Why the fuck would the people want to see the same match, with the worse result? They know how universally disliked Cena is, yet they are going to try this?

They gotta remember that this event is practically in New York City, the Anti-Cena capital of the wrestling world, how are they going to look with cena winning the belt while 80,000 people shit all over him.
