It is. The permanent seats don't change but if you have floor seats that site won't be helpful at all. The ring is at the 50 yard line, so basically, right in the center of the field.

Also I got my tickets on ticket master and it is saying I need to pick them up? Can I change this? I'm from the UK is this standard?

yeah if you have floor seats theyre not gonna show up on the chart. thats the only kind of virtual seating chart there is for metlife stadium are the nfl ones.i wish there was a wrestlemania one lol. just go to the wrestlemania page on ticketmaster.com and use that seating chart. and answering your other question people buying from outside north america on ticketmaster.com have to pick up their tickets at the box office they wont mail them to you its always standard hope this helps!

Yeah we have to pick ours up at the stadium. I booked tickets for an NBA game too and it's the same procedure for international customers. To be honest I'd rather have it that way, than pay $xx to have them posted, where there is also a chance they could get lost/damaged/forgotten etc.
