WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Planning and excitement thread for atendees! 7 days away!

Alright everyone -

The day after WM27 last year, we started this thread in reference to the just-passed WM28. So, let's do it all again and start our road to WM29 right now! Money allowing, I'd freaking love to head to NYC next year. Who's going?!?!

Re: Anyone sitting in the LIMITED VIEW seats?

I see...you think it's worth getting tickets there?

Doesn't seem like much is left out there except the limited view!!
I'd say yes since they are much cheaper than regular tickets and you could always watch the event on one of the big screens. Being there and personally witnessing history is worth it alone. There's no words to describe how awesome it is being at a stadium for the biggest show of the year.

Re: Anyone sitting in the LIMITED VIEW seats?

Ive sat pleanty of shows limited view and I've always been able to see the ring, just not usually most of the stage. From the looks of the pics that been posted if your in limited view you should be able to see the ring just not the set. I just picedvup 4 level 246 of ticket master for 100 a ticket in row 2. So I hope I can see the ring

Yeah but those shows aren't outdoors with huge pillars between holding something up. Anyone sitting in a corner sections risks having their view of the ring blocked by a pole.

Re: Anyone sitting in the LIMITED VIEW seats?

what do you guys think of section 301?
301 should be fine. You will have a straight shot at the ring so no posts will be in the way and 2 of the massive screens are straight across from you, just won't see the set which you can see before anyways and on TV later. Book your ticket man, it will be worth it. It's Wrestlemania.

Re: Anyone sitting in the LIMITED VIEW seats?

So many questions about views and stuff.. not to sound snarky but it's pretty easy to figure out..

Clearly the 4 empty spaces on the floor in the ring corners are where the pillars are going. They look to be skinnier than last year in Miami from the leaked photos. I don't think there will be as many problems.

As for the limited view seats, those are all the ones behind the stage and the corners. You can't see the entrance way, therefore, limited view.

Re: Anyone sitting in the LIMITED VIEW seats?

I'm in section 302 which is limited view. Just means you don't see the stage which is fine by me, I just wanted a straight shot view with no posts. I will go in early and take pics and maybe walk around if the 8 person tag to get one at night. After getting a good look at it once though I'll be cool. I just want to see good ring action. And actually if they don't really build too much more shit on the stage it looks as of now you will still be able to look down and see the guys coming out, just won't see the stage front and will be looking at their backs. I'm actually pretty cool with this as I have a broken back and don't want to be up and down a million times if I don't have to. It's my first Mania and I am beyond stoked to be going but with other vacations on the book I didn't have a lot to spend on this trip. Still, it's Mania and the atmosphere will be amazing I'm sure. Doesn't hurt either they have the 4 ginormous screens around the stadium. Would I like better seats sure, but I am cool with what I got and will enjoy myself all the same. Not to mention last show I went to I was on the verge of murder having to look at the back of signs half the night and hopefully will avoid this here.

Went to the Bret and Shawn signing across from MSG with one of the posters on this board. Hilarious, it was a 750-person crowd, at the least, and I was walking right behind him much of the time without realizing it.

Massive signing, but Bret and Shawn were terrific. They did group photos and autographs, plus a Q&A, for $225, and it was insanely worthwhile. Good price point and being able to meet my childhood hero (HBK) has already made this trip the best I've ever taken.
