WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Planning and excitement thread for atendees! 7 days away!

Alright everyone -

The day after WM27 last year, we started this thread in reference to the just-passed WM28. So, let's do it all again and start our road to WM29 right now! Money allowing, I'd freaking love to head to NYC next year. Who's going?!?!

I'm in the 300's. That's ok though if it takes out the sign factor. Got a full NY weekend planned. Mania is just the cap.

I have a front row seat in section 107 for sale if anyone is interested. They only sold the platinum seats in pairs, and I'm going solo, so if anyone out there is also going solo PM me. I'm selling them at face value. $300. If anyone wants the pair it'll be $1000 for both.

Just bought tickets for CZW. That's going to be an insane show. They're flying in a death match guy from Japan, Jun Kasai (one of, if not the best) to wrestling Masada who I think is hands down the best American death match wrestler. It's going to be a war and seeing a death match in person is something that is unforgettable. And these guys aren't garbage wrestlers either. They use all the crazy spots and weapons to enhance their match. I think they could work a good match without it being a death if they had to.

Going to pick up the rest of the tickets soon for Wrestleconn but I wanted to get good seats for CZW before I did anything else.

I know I've said it a few times in this thread already but Wrestleconn is going to be great. I would be excited for the weekend even if WWE wasn't running a single show.

I might go to a show if I find any but right now just planning on sight seeing. Never been to the Statue of Liberty so would be nice to check it out.
I grew up in Jersey City (You'd likely catch the ferry from Liberty State Park in JC to get to the Statue and Ellis Island) and remember going up to the torch inside the statue during a grammar school field trip. That darn spiral staircase inside of it.. Coming back down I remember trying to stay as low as possible for fear of falling over the banister lol. Still, it's a great experience and something that any of you non NJ/NYers should see. Since you'd be in the area, the Liberty Science Center (also located in Liberty State Park) is pretty cool too if you need something to do (esp if have kids with ya).

One less thing for me to do I guess :( I dont know how much the stadium fits but it will be def bigger than whenever I went to any show or ppv. I'll probably be wearing a Hello My Name is Soupman Prime sticker so say whats up if you see me guys :)

I cannot wait to board the train to head down there. Have fam in Jersey so whenever I went its by bus but always hate it so train this time.

Me going to wrestlemania is going to make the rock perform better. I went to survivor series, he cut a good promo. He also listens to me. I tweeted him to shave, he shaved. I tweeted him to get slimmer, he got a little slimmer. I tweeted him to wear sunglasses, and he brought them back if only for a few nights. I scare the Rock into performing better, so you can all thank me for working my magic come Wrestlemania time.

If you're considering waiting to get tickets I would be checking stubhub and other ticket sites daily. The most important thing to check is to see how many total tickets are left. As there are less and less tickets available the prices will get higher. Maybe right before the show they will drop if people are worried about not selling but I have a feeling there is a big demand for the tickets this year and I wouldn't recommend waiting.

$150 to shake a guy's hand, get an autograph, and take a picture? Damn. I know he's Hogan but there isn't a man alive that I would pay that kind of money to meet. I'm glad he's going to be there though as that should hopefully get more people to WrestleCon.
