Yeh i bought a couple of suit/dress covers and a luggage strap from walmart in the end and doublebagged it. Arrived home unscathed. Take its rightful place hidden away from site lol!

Was my very first WrestleMania. Had an awesome time in NYC, it really is an amazing city. The show itself might not have been the best ever, but it'll always be my first WM and therefore have a special place with me.

Just got to decide whether to go to WM30. I am definitely considering making the long trip from the UK, but New Orleans doesn't hold the same appeal to me as New York. Anyone else feel the same?

New Orleans is a great city. Different from NYC. Much smaller feel. Bourbon St is a blast if you like to drink and party. Ive been to a lot of big cities in the US and I consider New Orleans in my top 2. You wont be disappointed if you go. Just go into with different expectations. If you're expecting NYC type city, you'll be disappointed.

Here's the thing. I have two buddies who are wrestling fans. One of them can't afford to go as he has a family, the other is only a casual fan and won't spend the money to go to a WrestleMania. Therefore I will have to go on my own, which I'm fine with in theory. I went to New York on my own and met lots of fans at the shows so there was plenty of people to talk to, and I felt comfortable in NYC itself walking around on my own. The flight was only 6 or 7 hours so sitting on my own wasn't a problem. However you can't really party on your own, and it seems to be a party town. If I do decide to go hopefully I can meet up with some other fans online.

I had an amazing time at WM (and an even better time at Raw!!), but not sure if I will go next year.

I'd like to, because I think 30 will be special, and also because I had such a great time. However, I don't know if I'll be able to get anyone to go with me to NO. NY was different, there were 4 of us from my family and it was always viewed as a 'once in a lifetime' thing for all 4 of us to experience our first PPV together.

Also, NY is on the East coast, and I have family that live in DE, so we spent a week with them first as its close by. I don't really know if there's much to do around NO and the flights are pretty expensive. If I can get a friend to agree though (which will be tough) then I'd definitely like to go.

IF you like great food and great music you will love New Orleans.

I do, with friends. However I will probably have to do this solo which could be a problem in a party town.

You could always do Summerslam in LA next year? That's what I'm doing as I've got a wedding on the day before 30. People are so inconsiderate getting married during the Mania period
