Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

After hearing from everyone's experience with the travel packages, it seems like it is a huge weight lifted off of your shoulders having to worry about getting tickets to each individual event, especially locations. I will definitely be looking at this for next year.

lol, how did you get out of the stadium after Mania. I had a bus route planned out and everything but it all went to hell and I ended up spending $50 for a taxi.

There aren't really any major points of interest between the bus terminal and the stadium. You literally get on the bus and it's in the Lincoln Tunnel within minutes if there's no traffic. From there the highway pretty much takes you directly to the Arena.

Driving in the New York/New Jersey area is a scary thought though. Also would love a GPS by my side in that case.
Well Manhattan is easy enough to navigate. Aggressive drivers but the city is a grid so if you have to go to a specific location it's not that hard to figure out.

Jersey transit has a nice rail system. Metlife is new and they added a station at the stadium so you can hop on the train and it will literally take you right to the stadium.

Navigating won't be hard. Once all the locations are posted I would be more than willing to help anyone out that needs to figure out how to get from point A to point B.

Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

I live in the area so I'll be going to access one day during the week and then I'll be going to Wrestlemania with a few friends from home and I really want to go to raw the night after and hopefully have an experience like in Miami this year where smarks just absolutely packed the arena up and made raw awesome with chants

Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

I live in NYC, so yes I am going. Throwing money to the side every week for tickets. Already threw 100 dollars to the side

I plan to get floor seats right in front of the action so I can be on TV. Willing to spend 500+ on a single ticket. Will be my first ever event to go to so I plan on doing it big.

When the time comes, you guys gotta help me come up with some ideas for a good sign to make

If you want ringside seats you'll need over $1000+

The rats are mostly on the tracks. NYC Subways are not that bad. Theyre just a pain to take after 11 PM

Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

Hey all. New to this site, so next year is going to be my first Wrestlemania but unfortunately Im from the UK and the few of my friends that like the wwe are not willing to pay/travel to the usa for the event. Just a quick question to anyone that has took the travel package route before, hopefully I will have saved enough for platinum but if not is there a huge difference between silver/gold & which is the better option between these two?

Also to anyone that has done mania solo before, was it still a great trip?

Thanks
