Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

This trip went from a 3 day wrestlemania weekend to a $10 000 4 week trip all around the states.
LA
VEGAS
ARIZONA
TEXAS
DETROIT
NYC
and NJ

I'm coming up alone, from Australia, first trip overseas so should be good. I went with the 4 day platinum package. Staying both at the Hyatt and the Roosevalt.
Anyway's getting a little bored waiting for WM season to come round I made up these quick matches. Something a little different.

These are just the main matches obviously :

The Rock Vs John Cena Vs Cm Punk ( WWE )
The Shield Vs Undertaker ( HHH in his Corner )
Randy Orton Vs Brock Lesnar
Dolph Ziggler Vs Daniel Bryan Vs Kane Vs Sheamus ( WHC )
Big Show Vs Ryback

The seats for the DC presale are not good; I'm going to wait until they open more 100 section.

Still no word on Raw after mania? Hmmm

I got mine after the show at the arena and they let me pick where I wanted to sit.

Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

Just booked our hotel - Hyatt Place Secaucus. Due to spending a week there and making this into a NYC holiday rather than just WM, ideally we would have liked to stay in Manhattan again. But this will be a bigger room (2 doubles + a sofa) and is A LOT cheaper. Got it for £700 / $1100. In Manhattan every decent hotel was at least double. Even with the taxi fare each day, this still works out better, plus breakfast is included.

I'm a very happy man, but now I just need the Raw tickets to go on sale!

Also, we plan on going to Axxess but after reading some posts in this thread I'm now not so sure. Apart from the superstar signings, is there anything else there that makes it worth the money?

Hi Skimpy1234,

Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

I'm staying right next to Times Square for 10 nights,

Going to Wrestlemania (obviously), Axxess, also going to the 2nd night Pro Wrestling Syndicate show in NJ and the Raw after WM.

Other than that we'll be checking out the clubs, going to a Nets V Bulls game, and doing other standard tourist bits.

CANNOT WAIT!

Who else is going to the PWS Show?

RAW will not be at MSG as Fleetwood Mac playing that night.

Either IZOD Center (as advertised) or Barclays Center (nothing scheduled).

Hope they announce something soon!!!

Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

I'm anxious to see what the set will look like for the HOF. I'm sitting in section 215, and just judging from the seating chart and past HOF sets, I fear that my view will pretty much be the back of the set. I guess they're trying to get as many people as they can into MSG so they've extended the side viewing farther than normal.

Anybody else sitting around that area?

Re: WRESTLEMANIA 29 - Anyone planning on going??

Hi guys! I'll be heading to NJ for WM this year - and as its my first one I'm super excited! Any other UK fans?
Never been to the states though - so any advice, obviously about NY and NJ would be really appreciated.
Anyone doing HOF?

Sitting in 111C - so again any ideas on whether they're good seats or not, would be appreciated! Sorry for all the questions!

Everybody has a price for the Million Dollar Man!

Hi Jendo,

Me and my friend are travelling from Aberdeen, Scotland. Also sitting in 111C.

Excellent seats (I hope) - in the Toyota Coaches Club, so hopefully no queueing to get in/better food etc.

For NFL games 111C is roughly on the 35 Yard Line.

Aiming to do Axxess on Sunday afternoon before hopping over to Metlife. Mate isnt a wrestling fan so trying to limit the WWE-related activites to 2 days (Sunday + Monday for RAW).

Where are you staying? We are in the Sheraton Times Square. Flying on the 5th/Returning on the 12th.
