Re: Official Undertaker WM Streak Thread - No Other Threads
Thought of a way to get Taker/Lesnar to happen.
Raw 20th Anniversary
- WWE.com hype 'Major Announcement' online.
- Last segment, no one knows what is going to happen. Vince comes to the ring with all of the roster lining down the entrance way. Vince says he doesn't want to do this, but knows "the time is right. He began his career twenty years ago on this show, and tonight, right now, that career will end."
- Undertaker comes out, with Paul Bearer and the urn. Undertaker and Vince embrace. Bearer talks about Undertaker's career. Undertaker takes the microphone "For nearly 25 years, I have ruled the roost. I have beaten them all. And now, it is time, for me to Rest in Peace." The crowd are sombre as The Undertaker strikes his signature pose as the roster struggle to compose.
- Kane comes out and the three embrace in the middle of the ring, clearly a real life moment on The Undertaker's final appearance. The crowd give a small applause.
- Kane walks up the ramp with Undertaker looking up towards him...
- And then, IT'S BROCK LESNAR! LESNAR! F5! F5! Lesnar has F5'd The Undertaker! And beside him is Paul Heyman...
- "But you haven't beaten them all, have you? And this April, the streak will be OVER." - Heyman
- "Undertaker! I will do what Triple H failed to do. Me. You. WrestleMania. HELL. IN. A. CELL." - Lesnar
- Lesnar stands over The Undertaker as Raw 20th Anniversary goes off the air...
Re: Official Undertaker WM Streak Thread - No Other Threads
I think The Shield would be a great opponent for The Undertaker this year. After the last 4 WM's of HHH and HBK in those similar style one-on-one matches, it would be great to see Taker in a completely different situation, taking on all 3 members of The Shield at one time. In a kayfabe sense, it would be an even bigger challenge than HBK and HHH were.. and if Taker is ready to retire, how about putting over all 3 guys after they triple powerbomb him through a table. A win over Taker would skyrocket them.
It's only after you've lost everything that you're free to do anything.

I'd mark the fuck out if that happened. Just picture it in my head gives me goosebumps and it'd really begin to set the course for WrestleMania with a blockbuster match like that.
Brock Lesnar, IMO, is the only legit threat to the streak in terms of kayfabe. He would've been an even bigger threat if he went over Cena at Extreme Rules, but he's still a big threat. Save Cena for WM30... have Lesnar/Taker at WM29. The prospect of Punk/Taker and Lesnar/HHH II doesn't appeal to me.
Re: Official Undertaker WM Streak Thread - No Other Threads
I actually want Cena to face Taker at Wrestlemaina 29,I don't want Cena to have the honour of being the last man to face Taker "At Wrestlemaina 30 that is".

I don't think that is going to happen. For one I am not sure if Undertaker & Brock get along enough to work together and number two for some strange reason I feel that if Lesnar/Undertaker did happen that would mean that most likely Brock Lesnar would never be seen again on WWE TV.
Enough though most don't want to see it I think Triple H will be the guy that faces Brock Lesnar. Now I am sure that Triple H is not being petty in needing to even the score against Brock but the way the story was laid out this ends with Triple H proving he can still go which does not mean anything to people but I think that is the story their going for.
So by default the only other big name wrestler for Undertaker to face that would have nothing going on himself would be CM Punk even if he is not the smallest threat to end the streak.

Hasn't it been said somewhere Bork/Hunter rematch is done because HHH & Vince were greatly displeased by the crowds reaction at Summerslam this year?

Daaamn, that entrance gave me chills live and it gave me those same chills again. It might be time enducing but with Wrestlemania being 4 hours, they have to fill that time and I wouldn't even care if they gave Undertaker those type of entrances every year. I mean for the 'End of an Era' at WM28, I can't believe they didn't give Taker anything.
