Worst ending to a PPV ever?

I just re-watched Starrcade 97 for the first time in a good 4-5 years and man, the ending is just atrocious for the hype and build up the match had. I knew it was bad but really paying close attention to detail makes it a lot worse. Nick Patrick really fucked up that count even though the match itself was pretty bad anyway.

All Time: Steve Austin, The Rock, Undertaker, Edge, Triple H, Goldberg, Christopher Daniels

Current: Bray Wyatt, Cody Rhodes, Paige, Seth Rollins

Lex Luger celebrating after winning by Countout and not becoming the WWF Champion at Summerslam 1993. Worst WWF PPV Ending Ever. All that hype and buildup and he doesn't win the belt.

Jeff Hardy vs. Sting.

You sit there and you thump your Bible, and you say your prayers, and it didn't get you anywhere.

Talk about your psalms, talk about John 3:16
Urkel 3:16 says I don't have to take this... I'm going home.

Re: Worst ending to a PPV ever?

Over The Limit 2012 was a disgrace. Shocking they allowed Laurinaitis to close the show with Cena over a mouthwatering encounter for the wwe title between Punk and D-Bry. Shit booking.
