That's the problem - they had such a good tag team division but now there are like only 4 (?) teams and half of them are jobbers. I wouldn't care about Usos/Rybaxel either, but I don't see much point in Orton/Batista winning the gold. One was champion, the other was challenger and now they're going after the tag team titles? Just not something interesting for me that I want to see. Thought I agree that the way the division is right now, they actually be much more interesting than the other teams.
But when I got back into wrestling in November, Cody and Goldust were tag team champions, they were over, watching them was fun and they were one of the highlights of the company (IMO). And then NAO won the titles and every tag team started disbanding. Why? There was no need to break off PTP, Cody and Goldust are now pretty much jobbers (despite being better than the majority of teams), the Real Americans never got a hold of the gold (which is a shame because they were great and very over).
The whole division just seems so bad right now, when a few months ago it was one of the (if not THE) strongest parts of the company. If Orton/Batista win then who will actually challenge them for the titles? The Usos most likely but given the whole Authority/Shield feud going right now it seems like they will become afterthought just like the US and IC titles.
Maybe interesting to see how it will go, but I really would just love if they build back the division to where it was.
