Ryback on the pre-show again....

im starting to feel sorry for this guy, after i read Ryback´s comment on not wanting to be on the WM32 pre-show i thought WWE would but the US title match on the actual PPV but NOPE. Maybe WWE is punishing Ryback for talking too much who knows.

Re: Ryback on the pre-show again....

You feel more sorry for the guy challenging being on the pre-show twice more than the CHAMPION having to defend his title on the preshow of every PPV? I feel much worse for Kalisto than I do for Botchback.

Re: Ryback on the pre-show again....

People here calling Ryback "Boring", "Botchy" and that he "doesn't deserve any better". LOL
You people are hating on him just because CM Punk said he's "unsafe" and because he isn't a 5 foot tall midget that does superkicks every minute! But, I'm sorry, you're right! The only people that deserve good spots on the card are guys like AJ Styles! Yeah, he's good! A guy that looks like a retard with a speech disorder cutting a promo and that can't wrestle without breaking someone's neck or knocking someone's teeth out! Maybe Samoa Joe? Who almost killed Tyson Kidd? I got it! Seth Rollins! He did one hell of a job destroying Sting's neck.

I think WWE realise now that Ryback does not draw and just see him as filler material.
If I was to guess I think this could be WWE heading to the muscle man power showdown with Apollo Crews over the US Title which we know will be done to put Crews over and rightfully so as Crews is the far more talented and marketable performer.
Either way I expect Ryback to take the US Title from Kalisto this Sunday.

There is gonna be literally zero heat for this, and it wasn't even mentioned on Raw. Kalisto has been booked like a geek with the belt, and Ryback is going nowhere fast. I mean maybe they could have a very decent match, but this should not be a title match. If anything, Miz/Cesaro should be the Us title match, while the IC title is put into the awesome Zayn/Owens feud.

Since Mania, Kalisto hasn't appeared on RAW once on his own to promote anything to do with the US title, he's only been involved in tags with Sin Cara, which he's lost. Very, very sad. It's no wonder talent fails to get over when they can't even get TV time.

I'm not a fan of Rybotch, I have no issue with him on any pre-show.

This is messed up. I wish creative put some more effort into the U.S. belt.
No Cena, no effort unfortunately.

Re: Ryback on the pre-show again....

I feel bad for them both to an extent but definitely more so for Kalisto. He's the US champion and since Mania (i could be wrong here) he has appeared on two episodes of Smackdown, one in a losing effort to Ryback, and the other teaming with Sin Cara in a losing effort v the Vaudevillains, and one episode of RAW, also in a tag match losing to the Dudleyz. Apart from that he's been wrestling on Superstars, yes, the US champion, on Superstars.

He's being horribly misused, and the US title has been well and truly buried. I have a feeling Ryback is winning at Payback too.

Ryback is undefeated since WrestleMania
I swear he's had one match, maybe two, this isn't really a statistic to be throwing out there.

Got a feeling Ryback is going to win this though, they've treated Kalisto terribly and unfortunately i think his run is coming to an end. Sad what's become of the US title too.

Re: Ryback on the pre-show again....

The fact that A TITLE MATCH is on the preshow, regardless of who's competing, is the real crime here. Holy shit, just retire the belt if it's really that worthless.

Also, yeah, early-mid 2000s Ruthless Aggression era was the perfect blend of in-ring focus and "edgy" storytelling. Not to mention you had so many stars. The shows weren't built entirely around one guy, there were a lot of important things going on at once. Absolutely loved that period, it's why I started watching in the first place.

Re: Ryback on the pre-show again....

Clearly intentional and they're just sticking it to him this time. He'll likely job in seconds. He had to know this was coming after those comments he made a couple of weeks back lol.

Another case of Vince cutting off the nose to spite the face though. Sticking it on preshows devalues the title you feigned was so important when it was held by Cena. Not that he ever cared but whatever.

Re: Ryback on the pre-show again....

Couldn't care less about Ryback. I wish he was treated even worse, the way he deserves. He shouldn't even be wrestling for a championship on a PPV (pre-show or not). I actually feel sorry for Kalisto. He deserves much better.

The way he deserves?? why? what does Ryback deserve according to you and why?

Hell yeah, this was great. That finishing sequence was sick.

The comment took a giant shit on kayfabe but King was right, probably the best singles match Ryback has ever had, which is actually a little sad considering he has been in the main event picture and feuded with Punk and Cena.

Special mention to Ryback's weightlifting belt- it said "The Pre-Show Stopper" :lmao
