Re: Ryback/Daniel Bryan Praised Backstage

This seems like a waste of a pay per view match, kind of like when John Cena faced Daniel Bryan on the main event of RAW for the second time ever.

Re: Ryback/Daniel Bryan Praised Backstage

All this arguing has done is really make me want to see a match between Byran and Cesaro.

No surprise at all. It was a damn good match.

Re: Ryback/Daniel Bryan Praised Backstage

Decent match probably wouldn't make Bryan's top 200. Ryback looked gassed as hell throwing around a 180 lber. There's nothing about Ryback that says main eventer to me.

This is why Bryan is so good, despite his restricted moveset he still excels in making his opponents look good.
It's because wrestling is less about moves and more about pacing, structure, selling, etc. Bryan's always had his intangibles down pat, even after they stripped him of his repertoire.

Not a one on one, but has the added bonuses of Seth Rollins and Nigel McGuinness!

In fact I'm probably gonna rewatch this right now.

Such a shame Nigel never made it to the WWE.

And I guess Daniel Bryan is the definition of Mr. Wrestlemania Main Eventer right?

You're kidding, right? Claudio signing wasn't something that people slept on, there were like 10 threads the moment it was rumoured he was signing. There was much fanfare and then there was much bitching when it became clear there was no plan to debut as the Kings.

Bryan and Cesaro are two of the best wrestlers in WWE.

Well Ryback is big, has the size and look, his chant is over with the crowd, and he just put on a very good scientific and technical wrestling match which most guys his size can't do.
