He already got all the pushes a wrestler would kill to receive, the former legend killer is a legend now and hes only on his early 30's, you people need to understand theres not much stuff Orton has left to do.
There's plenty left to do. Such as, be utilized properly as the useful asset that he is, rather than Vince continuing to waste him on filler matches and lukewarm fueds while still paying his ample, main event-level salary.
Wow, we've never seen one of these threads before.
Probably not to the degree you want, he doesn't care about the business particularly anymore, is one wellness strike away from being fired and someone said something about him not being much of a draw (SD ratings went down when he was WHC and improved significantly when he dropped it; he's the guy you cheer for when he shows up but not the guy you pay money to see) so there's no real point, Punk has basically replaced him in the role of "Alternative to John Cena"
The same people keep saying that, so I always end up posting the same response: I seriously doubt Vince is dumb enough to fire Orton and have him end up appearing with TNA 3 months later. That'd be a terrible business decision.
Instead of giving him the World Heavyweight Title, I'd like them to give him the Intercontinental Title and let him bring it back up to its pre-Attitude level of prestige. Then they can move towards unifying the belts now that the brand split is dead.
Remember last year when Cody was hunting down HTM's record? Yeh, Orton feuding with him instead of Big Slow would have been interesting at Mania for the IC title. But....?
He's 32 years old and is a nine time world champion. We don't need to keep feeding this guy's ego. I don't like Orton, but that's besides the point. He's already being touted as legend, which is ridiculous but warranted given his monster pushes over the years.

Question is why does it matter? Unless your an Orton fan and want it to happen now (I don't know why), it will happen soon enough. He's been irrelevant since he got suspended, but it's fucking Randy Orton. He will get the belt eventually...
That depends on Randy can he stay clean long enough to have a descent run
as a WWE champ face/heel the WWE backed Randy since day one so with that
being said its all up to the Legend or uh Legend Killer....lol
Orton is easily the most misused talent in the WWE when you really think it through. There is no real reason this guy shouldn't be on the level of a Rock, or HHH. Although it is Cena that is at the top of the mountain, Orton could have easily shared that spot with Cena. There has not been one greater misuse of talent that I can even remember. His career started off better than it has "peaked". I feel like someone fooled him in to thinking that he could break out in to Hollywood. He seems like he is over acting, or acting to hard for the majority of the time.
From what I hear he has not be happy with the character he was told to portray, and that includes his heel run in Legacy, and his whole role as this "Apex Predator". The Legend Killer was by far the best character he took on, and he said himself it wasn't to far off from who he is as a person. Granted the man is older now, but I still the WWE lost touch with who this man was when they turned him face. He was supposed to be the next HHH, or at least the next great heel our this generation. Right now he certainly is neither one, of those things. Yes, he is popular, and that's merely due to his success earlier in his career.
Seeing this thread and then reading comments in other threads such as "Bryan should eat the pin in this match" really tell me the majority of posters are just stupid.
Randy Orton has received enough pushes to sustain 50 wrestlers for life. People should just be glad that he's a 9 time World Champion at the age of 32 and get over it. It's not like he's never going to get another push again..
Not a huge fan but they HAVE to move him to RAW. He's the only guy who fans are actually bothered about to cheer for. When he took on ADR a few weeks ago I was stunned at how noisy the crowd were. I usually expect dead crowds for RAW. Sign of the times.
Probably after the Ryback/Punk angle. I can see Orton feuding with Punk or maybe him turning heel and being the next guy to work with Sheamus. Both feuds have been done but there isn't much else left for him to do. They could keep the belt on Show and have Orton be his next opponent. They could feud him with Cesaro if Orton was face or with Miz if Orton was a heel. I do think they will be using him again pretty soon though. He really seems to be stuck in a rut right now, not being on TLC but they are keeping him strong with wins so i think his time in the spotlight is coming again real soon.
