Re: Will Orton regain his place in the company?

I doubt it. I like his ring work, but he is a totally fabricated wrestler. If he was in TNA he'd end up like RVD or Anderson, aka guys who can't make it on their own without a huge backing and end up going from top ME guys to midcarders after having disappointing ME runs. WWE isn't looking like they want to invest in him fully anymore, and with his own power and talent there's no way he can do any better than maintain his current position unless he turns heel and gets a character progression/revamp. I feel Sheamus, and most likely ADR will end up like that too if they don't try to change. CM Punk, Bryan, Cena and Ryback (due to his character and presence) are the four guys that can carry themselves regardless of WWE (although Cena sure has been shown down our throats despite that which makes his booking even all the more baffling seeing as he doesn't need it).

Nah. They gave him his big push, and what a push it was. If he can't keep his spot after Vince shoved him up there every week for 2+ years, he's not good enough to make it back there. Honestly I'm not sure why anyone would want to see him be number 2 again anyway, Punk is far superior.

This is why the IWC doesn't get much respect

I feel the same way right now. He's # 3. People saying he's 4th and now 5th are haters and clearly they don't know what they're talking about. I think he needs a big storyline like he had back in 09 against HHH. He clearly hotshoted Batista to become # 2 at that point. He needs to be heel and go back to what he was in 09. I think a dream match with lesnar would be great. Cena/Rock, Punk/Austin and I feel it should be Orton/lesnar. They could talk about them being the youngest champions at summer slam. That should have been the suumerslam main event. I hope to get that feud at wm before he turns heel.

Re: Will Orton regain his place in the company?

I think by next years wrestlemania he be fighting for the title. I think wwe have invested too much into him for him not to be champ again, so i can see him coming number 2 guy again. He isnt that old, and being a 9 time champion, can you honestly say he wont win it again. People like Jericho used to disappear from the title sceane altogether and end up being champion again, and i think the same will be for orton.

I think though he needs to change it up again get a new theme and turn heel.
