Yes, I'm sure WWE are thrilled with him for sandbagging Ryback and want to reward him by making him the NOC for the WHC..............

Some people on here ready into things a little too much. WWE creative really aren't that clever at the moment anyway!

Vince is sadistic like that.

They rewarded Big Show and put him back in the main event scene after he injured Mark Henry who was the 2nd hottest wrestler in 2011.

Don't forget that Big Show also injured Wade Barrett and nearly broke Ziggler's neck, yet they're still pushing that fat fuck.

Re: Beginning of a Tensai push?

Haha still can't get over how much people on here were praising Matt Bloom when WWE rehired him who now write him off as talentless because of a stupid gimmick.

Anyway... I don't think Tensai will get a push off this win but they should keep him strong because he could be a Great Khali style jobber- ie, looks legit enough to be a threat but is still a jobber. It would be the most logical role for him given his age and given that Khali doesn't wrestle much these days.

Layla, Daffney, Beth Phoenix. What more could a guy want?

Tensai is essentially a heel Vader from 1998.

"Yes, I can hear you Clem Fandango!"

Re: Beginning of a Tensai push?

He was already pushed by the time he came back as he had matches with John Cena and CM Punk, it all ended fortunately.

Actually, Del Rio's been doing a good job since returning. The problem in the beginning was that WWE was just shoving way too many things down our throat and handing way too many thing. Royal Rumble winner, MITB winner and 2 time WWE champ is way too much in a first year. Of course no one is going to care.

Re: Beginning of a Tensai push?

He has a lot of nice power moves that could be far better than his current finisher and he can also move swiftly and speak :

I especially like the moves at :

- 2:08
- 2:14
- 2:37
- 2:45
- 3:12

I like some of his gestures too, like the "no no" finger or the "I am not stupid" (when he taps his head smiling). I can see both comedy and monster potential in him.

In terms of gimmicks, just put him with Brodus Clay and let them become dominant heel tag team monsters with slight humor.
