Triple h obviously taking a shot at the fans, also I found it funny that Vince personally shot a promo to acknowledge the 1 million subscribers, they love trolling the fans don't they?

WWE has always had this attitude. I don't think HHH was taking a shot at fans, as I think Trips is one of the few guys who is on our side at all in any of this (although he's not above trolling when he can lol), but it was just more of WWE being WWE.

And when I say that, I mean it's them putting themselves over as an entertainment company that never stops working, no matter what. They will bury mother nature and acts of God in addition to taking jabs at other sports when they fuck up. Like I mean they will seriously GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to get their point across in these situations. It's a bit heavy handed (in addition to a bit childish), but that's WWE.

That will never happen because a bunch of pissy marks on the internet don't represent their entire fanbase. There's a reason #cancelwwenetwork was a epic failure.

I think at this point, WWE realizes wrestling fans of this era are a bunch of immature idiots who absolutely want everything right here and now, if they don't get it, they just piss, moan, bitch, troll their shows, and act like they know everything that there is to know about wrestling as a business. Ofcourse WWE would actually submit to pressure, if these idiots could hit them in the wallet, hit them financially, but we all know that's not the case. All talk, no action. They just know how to make noise, that's it.

Of course what they won't mention is that the one million includes people who have since cancelled (but have active subscriptions until the end date) and people who signed up for free (1st two weeks free in UK) and aren't actually paying customers.

What with their free February offer, they'll have even more non paying subscribers to brag about because their fictional numbers (even if based on a true story) are real to them, dammit.

Unfortunately for WWE though, Wall St isn't as stupid as McMahon seems to think everybody not named McMahon is - they're already being called out on this, thus losing more investor confidence and good will in the process. It's WWE in a nutshell, try to cheat and insult people's intelligence by thinking they won't eventually cotton on to your amateur level tricks.

Anyone really surprised? This company hates their own audience and thinks they're all stupid marks . It's always great having a company who does not listen to their fan base , they'd rather leave money on the table , rather not have mainstream attention if it isn't their handpicked guys. Its so insane
