Censoring blood on the Network

So despite the Network supposedly being "Uncensored" I have noticed that whenever I watch something on the network and a wrestler bleeds it will fade to a black/white screen. When I contacted the network support about this their response was"It is not appropriate for young viewers". So let me get this straight despite the network having parental controls they still choose to censor the content anyway. And they wonder why their sub count is so low. THe fuckery of this company never ceases to amaze me.

Re: Censoring Blood on the Network

They never said the network was uncensored.

Blood is still in a lot of it.

at you contacting them over blood not being shown.

The network does state "UNCENSORED" and I only contacted them because I knew they would give a bs response. It's just ridiculous to me that despite the network having parental controls they choose to censor the content anyway. Well most of the content I do see the PPV's are still unedited but still all of the content on the network should be uncensored.

Re: Censoring Blood on the Network

anything you're seeing censored was most likely censored when it was released (so recent raws and PPVs). I saw some blood on ECW (more than some, ).

but I never saw anything saying the network was uncensored.

Nope it is not just recent raws or PPV's but the original shows as well such as Rivilaries, Monday Night War. And yes the Network is suppose to be uncut and uncensored. Sorry but their is no defending WWE on this.

Re: Censoring Blood on the Network

I notice it on Original shows which I understand.

But I cant say I have noticed on older PPV's and shows yet.

They certainly have not censored any blood out of the old WCW PPV's that I have noticed.

In the last couple of weeks I have seen Abdullah and Dusty bleed more than a paper cut on the webbing of your fingers.

I will certainly keep an eye out for it though.

As long as its not too obvious I probably wont mind as it makes me cringe these days watching chair shots to the head and blood being spilt all over the ring.

I still wonder to this day if my parents truly new how violent and blood thirsty WWE once was, would they have let me watch it.

it wasn't till I was 22 that I realised what DX meant when they said SUCK IT. (I Jest)

I did some research on the PPV's and they seem to be unedited which is good but honestly the whole network should be unedited they have parental controls for the uptight parents. I know this may not bug some of you but their is no reason for us to paying for a censored product. If this continues I may just go back to downloading torrents and collecting DVD's.

Re: Censoring Blood on the Network

Yeah, that's kinda lame. I understand censorship for the kids but there really should be a censored and uncensored option.

Re: Censoring Blood on the Network

If you see a PG rating on the show, you probably will not see blood on it. The ECW videos in the library have plenty of crimson masks though

Currently marking out for: Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Finn Balor, Ziggler, Ambrose, Rollins
