No, but considering the other choices are Sheamus, Randy Orton, and Ryback, whoever does take the spot is significantly less deserving than he is. It'd be hard to justify why any of them should get the spot over him, just as long as they don't turn him into that god awful heel character he was when he held the title the first time.
