ECW Hardcore Revolution was so unbelievably shit, they took WWF Warzone and made it even shitter.

Re: The Wrestling Games memories thread

I think it was SmackDown! Shut your Mouth and there was this match type that you started in the ring and you had to eliminate every single person on the roster one by one, I think by pinfall. Well it took me like 2 weeks to do it but I finally did it and unlocked this awesome diva's video and being like 10 years old I was like oh my god hell yeah. However I didn't save the game prior to turning off the playstation and from there on out I could never win the match again. But the one time I won that match, was worth every minute I ever played.

Re: The Wrestling Games memories thread

Best times I had on wrestling games was on Wrestlemania 2000 on the N64 4 player royal rumble Big Show just wiped out everyone on that game. Also liked the tripe threat tag team TLC on the smackdown vs raw games.

I did the same thing with Big Show in the Royal Rumble matches on the early SD games. Always fun to start out number 1 and keep eliminating!

Survival Mode on No Mercy. Seriously, this mode was fucking hard. You had to eliminate (at the most) 101 people. Eventually, you'll get so worn down, that a weak slap from Mae Young could send you over the top rope.

It's the quickest way to unlock everything though. I remember playing it at 3am when I was 12, and HBK came out after 80 eliminations. I freaked the fuck out, waking my dad up in the process. GOAT game.

I loved the alternate branches on the big 2000 storylines. Like how if The Rock won the Fatal Four Way at Wrestlemania, he ends with facing Andre the Giant at Backlash

Re: The Wrestling Games memories thread

This isn't so much a memory but I couldn't think where else to put it:

Today I went to play a few games of SvR 2011, went in Universe Mode and played up to Wrestlemania. The Main Event? Santino Marella vs Ezekial Jackson for the WWE title.

The commentary was the GOAT. STEVE BLACKMAN looks great in this SINGLES MATCH.
