The online store Canadian Futureshop revealed some details of the game WWE 2k14 to be released by WWE and 2K Games in late October this year. Although few details have been released, gives notice some improvements over the previous version of the game

According to a newly published product description, players can now select wrestlers from the “WWE pantheon of legendary stars”, meaning more characters will be available to play as or against. As well as the all new superstars, the game will reportedly include; historic WWE video footage, classic images and give a multi-camera experience as well as detailed cut scenes.

The description claims the game’s audio environment has also been improved with the crowd being more realistic than ever before. The game also boasts addictive game play and intuitive controls.

Curious to see how wwe 2k14 will be. I know next year wwe 2k15 is when we will really see the works of Visual Concepts and Yukes for the next gen console. I know in last years Q&A session with Cory, he did mention that THQ did have a huge plans for the WWE games on the next gen console. He did mention that they will work on having more than 6 men in the ring for next gen console.

They really need to work on the gameplay if they want it to be a realistic wrestling game.

Hopefully, I know this may be a minor issue, but the menu screen needs to go back how it was in the earlier smackdown games like shut your mouth

career mode sounds like SVR10 which was the worst mode ever.

If it is another era based game, I hope there is still a good current roster.
