Re: WWE Video Games

Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain is easily my favourite, the career mode is amazing. After that, SVR 07. Loved challenging for championships in Exhibition, and GM Mode was fun.

EDIT: I also liked PPV Mode, I spent ages building dream Wrestlemanias

Re: WWE Video Games

Here Comes The Pain is one of my favorites. I'm currently playing through the Season mode. Finished one with Brock Lesnar on Sunday. Now I'm going through a second time as The Rock to finish getting the unlockables. All I have left to unlock is the Legends and Bra & Panties extra attires. I also really liked SmackDown vs Raw 2006 and 2007 a lot too.

WWE 13 wasn't a terrible game for the recent bunch. I liked the Attitude Era mode in it. Didn't really care for Universe, as I got bored with that pretty quickly. And Create-An-Arena was improved from 12.

Loved Smackdown 2 and Here Comes The Pain.

Nothing will ever be as good as those two games. Mostly because i'm not a kid anymore.

SmackDown 2 was fantastic. The roster was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the load times (and still don't). I killed so many hours with that game during breaks from school.

Re: WWE Video Games

Recently played through season in HCTP as Rhyno, Test and Lesnar. Still the best wrestling game i've played. Royal Rumble and Cage matches fucking suck in it tho.

I love here comes the pain none of that bs crap just a simple button combo that I could hit all the big moves on seemed like I never ran out of moves.

I loved slobber knocker a good challenge

And the rr start first and dominant the other 29 that's great no button mashing or trying to time something.

Always played as Goldberg or Steiner or taker threw career mode and I still play it

Re: WWE Video Games

Here Comes the Pain was great. WW'13 isn't bad, but I kind of miss the Create A Wrestler storylines.

Re: WWE Video Games

I actually like WWE 13, mainly due to Universe mode. Though, gotta be honest, Day Of Reckoning was such a great wrestling game.

Re: WWE Video Games

My favourite to this day is still Shut Your Mouth, although Here Comes The Pain is a close second. WWE'13 was the first wrestling game I bought since the first Smackdown vs. Raw game on PS2 which proceeded HCTP.

I don't mind WWE'13, I just dont find Royal Rumbles fun as it feels a little arcadey. I enjoyed Universe Mode for all of 5 minutes. Season Mode definitely needs a return IMO. Its a lazy way of the game developers making the game. I love the creations but its sort of like 'Heres all this freedom, make your storylines, feuds, wrestlers, arenas etc'. I want to play a game not make the fucker!
