Looks like syn Sophia formerly know as AKI want to make a new wrestling game but feel the demand isn't quite there.

They should do that Kickstarter thing, I don't know how it works, can anyone pitch a game idea and get donations for it?

I haven't really heard anything about this, but I also don't do a lot of wrestling game research besides WWE (SvR, 12/13, etc) titles.

I wouldn't be opposed to a new Impact Wrestling game with the AKI engine though.

Def Jam 4, Def Jam 1 HD, whatever. Just let AKI be involved, you fools. It's not about wrestling, it's about doing ridiculous moves with hip-hop artists. Wrestling moves and video games go together. Fuck it, give us Fat Wreck: Fight for San Fran, I don't care. First two are classics.

why didn't wwe remain with aki, they had such great gameplay, todays wwe's game combined with the aki engine would be awesome
