Here's the first two bouts, I'll be posting them two at a time. The order they were done in is random, aside from Cena vs. Austin was meant to be first but I'm still building up the courage for the second attempt

Tables Match
JUSTIN GABRIEL (Keyser Söze)
vs.
SHAWN MICHAELS (Rayfu)

The Route to Victory:
Put your opponent through a table.

Match Background:
First round match. Gabriel has an overall stat of 78, making him the clear underdog of the tournament. Michaels has an overall stat of 94.

So, tell us about the match…
Gabriel’s first move of the match is a Superkick, take that HBK! Gabriel’s in control for the first minute. They head to the outside and they both exchange hitting each other with a table for far longer than I can tolerate . Gabriel sets it up on the outside and they continue to brawl until Gabriel takes control off of a hurricanrana. They head back in the ring and it’s pretty back and forth for a while, no clear advantage. Michaels hits Sweet Chin Music FROM OUTTA NOWHERE! HBK tries his luck with a top rope elbow drop but Gabriel counters and begins to take charge. Gabriel hits a few neat moves until Michaels counters a suplex attempt and hits Sweet Chin Music again! How does he do it?! Gabriel is completely rocked and HBK sets up a table in the corner. They jockey for position a bit, exchanging moves and holds for a while until Michaels drills Gabriel with a SICK piledriver.

What was the finish?
HBK picks Justin up after the piledriver and connects with a hurricanrana, sending Gabriel flying face-first across the ring and right through the table propped up in the corner! Wow, that genuinely did come from out of nowhere. HBK advances after a 9 minute bout, where Gabriel looked good, but not good enough.

The Winner:
SHAWN MICHAELS (Rayfu) advances to the next round, congratulations!



Hell in a Cell Match
RANDY ORTON (WWEDownUnder)
vs.
DEVON (GetStokedOnIt)

The Route to Victory:
Pin or submit your opponent. Falls count anywhere; they don’t have to be inside the ring.

Match Background:
First round match. Orton has an overall stat of 94. Devon has an overall stat of 85.

So, tell us about the match…
A couple minutes of generic back-and-forth fighting until Orton hits a sudden RKO! Orton doesn’t follow up with a cover, he continues to beat on Devon, hitting the Angle Slam and other power moves. Devon attempted comebacks but each time was shut back down by The Viper. Devon attempted some submissions but Orton quickly fought out of that offense as well and it’s looking to be Randy’s night as he hits his opponent with a powerslam, side Russian leg sweep and then throws Devon to the outside and into the ring steps. The Apex Predator picks Devon up and starts to viciously slam him into the side of the cell. He whips Devon into the bottom right-hand corner of the cell and looks to continue his onslaught but the former TV champ counters and then picks Randy up and running powerslams him right through the cell!

What was the finish?
Despite this being falls count anywhere, both men immediately turn around and head back to the ring, something I’m sure disappointed the live crowd. Back within the squared circle and Orton quickly looks to strike with the RKO but Devon counters! SPINEBUSTER… NO! Orton counters! RKO!!! Devon is down and out, Orton rolls into the cover! One-two-three, it’s done! Orton goes through to stage two, after a pretty dominant performance in match that went about six minutes.

The Winner:
RANDY ORTON (WWEDownUnder) advances to the next round, congratulations!

Are these sims exciting? Every time I tried a CPU vs CPU match in WWE 12 it was so fucking boring and/or unrealistic
