100 days to make a character model? That's ridiculous. I find that hard to believe.
lol you need to research how game development works. I play Eve online, the main asset a player uses in the game is a space ship. A space ship with 0 moveable parts. They have openly stated in their developer blogs that the average time from start to finish to create a model for an inanimate object, with a dedicated 2-5 person team, is about 4- 9 months to a year.
Imagine how long it takes for a game developer to now create a model for a wrestler from start to finish. You need to concept the model, then flesh it out, then you need to motion capture the entrance (which is a pretty arduous process). Once you get all that done, then you need to work on testing the model, move set, entrance. Then once you've done QA, you need to readdress any issues that are brought up that would affect the gameplay.
The fact that it only takes 100 days per model is pretty fucking astounding.
Should have been Big Sexy 1998 Wolfpack version, or even 2002 WWF if they don't want WCW. Maybe next year they would do the Monday Night Wars concept with WWF/WCW and a GM mode of Bischoff and Vince. If they can put there full rosters(probably not if they can't even get Angle for this year)? Record business.
I was honestly thinking they could reflesh the entire GM mode and just stick it to a monday night wars theme as a DLC. Even not 100% accurate, even a good attempt would be awesome.
I love how angry people are getting about The Bella Twins in the game. I think that's something I'm going to use to troll people from now on. Hilarious.
Seriously though, I don't think the superstar/divas spots interchange with each other. They only have a select number of Diva roster spots each year to fill and they NEVER get a full diva roster, so them being in the game just means we won't get someone like Natalya or some other diva in the game (but who really cares). Their spots aren't the reason why someone like Drew McIntyre isn't in the game.
What I find really hilarious though, is that two divas who left the company months ago are in the game but the most relevant diva right now (who's been the most relevant for sometime) in AJ, is DLC.
It just shows that WWE have had the game made for months now and they're too lazy to update the roster and remove talent that's left the company.

I'm not too concerned about the divas in this game tbh. Alex Riley, Drew and Tyson Kidd should have been in the game. Is Ryback in the game? he debuted back in April, surely that's enough time to include him?
I'm shaking with fury that Muffy isn't in the game! I thought this game was supposed to be about the attitude era? Who the hell doesn't think of Muffy when they think of the attitude era? NOBODY!
I'm loving the roster this year. It would kinda makes sense why the roster is the way it is and Hunter Hearst Helmsley was around when HBK was feuding with Austin so I don't see the big deal.
Well, I'm completely satisfied. JBL and Damien Sandow? Sold. Fucking sold. Not to mention the APA, and Cactus Jack. Awesome. Best roster they've ever had.
Some of the choices make me laugh, though. 3 Triple H's and rapper Cena? Was that necessary? I'm not gonna complain about different versions, but it's a little ridiculous. If Triple H's ego is so big that he had to have 3 versions, couldn't we at least have "The Game" version from when he was champion in 2000?
Oh well, I don't care. JBL and Sandow. That is all. JBL. And. Sandow.
Oh, and Sandow at the roster reveal was hilarious.
Punk: "I thought I was an idiot for coming out wearing jeans in this heat and this guy comes out in a robe"
Sandow: "I'll have you know this is Egyptian cotton, it wisks the heat away, thank you"

I thought you would be. I'm the same. When the whole livestream was going on earlier, I remember writing ''happy pyro?'' when Sandow was confirmed for DLC. I was dreading that he wouldn't get in, but I'm glad that wasn't the case. With the way WWE milk the DLC these days, I guess they could get a lot more superstars in the game if they really wanted to, more money for them.. but I think they have DLC limits set.
JBL being in the game is awesome too, one of my all-time favorites. Hopefully they'll give him a great Clothesline from hell. I always loved that move and it's a move that's been missing from the recent games, JBL's one used to be a specific one that went into a pinning combination.
