How can blurred fingers ruin a damn game? Even on most TV-14 shows today, middle fingers are blurred out. In the Q&A, Cory Ledesma said that the game won't be as 100% edgy as the Attitude Era, as the game also focuses on the WWE in 2011-2012. It's amazing how everyone rages over this censor.

It's only going to be the Attitude Era in certain aspects, I knew that from the second they announced it. THQ needed a gimmick to sell the game at face value and the Attitude Era was that, even more so keeping in mind that they were never going to develop an AE only video game in similar fashion to what they did with Legends of Wrestlemania.

So in all it was the perfect way to lure in buyers by presenting something that was demanded and using it as fodder for what will actually be another simple iteration in the WWE game series. WWE 13 is still WWE 13 with or without the AE branding thrown on it.
