What level of rank do you need to get before ranked online stops resetting itself?

I've been playing quite a bit of online today. Played ranked for a little bit and hating this reset glitch. So I've been playing player matches a majority of the time. Haven't ran into a single spammer today, thank God. But I have been disconnected a few times, which I think may be more annoying.

My stats stopped resetting for me. I've reached to level 8, and I'm ranked at #848 on the leaderboards.

I think it's Rank 5 you need to reach. I'm pretty sure someone mentioned it somewhere in this thread.

What the fuck man. This is the same shit capcom pulled with Street Fighter x Tekken. Its already there.. don't lock it then make us pay extra for some shit we should already have.. not to mention its a dollar a character. Fuck this

Then there's that fan axxess shit or whatever which gives you all the future dlc for $20 and one of my all time favorites DDP just happens to be fan axxess exclusive ONLY. This type of shit is exactly why I don't buy capcom games anymore and why I didn't buy wwe 12. So happy this was a christmas gift and I didn't buy it with my own money. I'm so mad at this shit man

Yeah get used to it cause now every game seems to have DLC , let it be the ones like on battlefield 3 with these huge dlcs which costs like 15 bucks each or wwe 13 with buying wrestlers for dollar each .
